I'd give them 0 stars if I could! They lied, withheld information, charged me for a service plan which they said was free and added services I did not ask for. When I went back the next day and asked about it they skirted around the questions. I will never buy a car from them again nor would I recommend them to anyone!

Service at Russ Darrow is always on time and they do good work. Don’t try to sell more than you need. Good job! Thanks.

Routine oil change resulted in the discovery of an oil leak. Technician alerted me to the leak and made arrangements to repair it while still under warranty. Nice work Russ Darrow.

Unfortunately my experience with Russ Toyota today has not been pleasant. Looking at the reviews I thought it would have been differently. I called Patty R. upon the request of Jean in their corporate office. When I first reached out to Patty I got her voicemail and left a message. The second time I called Patty I got a response and she claimed she couldn’t understand the voicemail and I didn’t leave a number which is incorrect, I did leave a number but nonetheless I get sometimes with cellphones and leaving voice messages, they don’t come through clearly. I told Patty exactly what I was looking for, which was a receipt/BOS (Bill of Sale) from 2017 (again I was told to call Patty by corporate). When explaining this to Patty and giving her my info she said she would need to get someone to pull it and she took my number and said she would call once it was pulled. Now mind you the bill of sale was in my husband’s name but their payment came out of my personal account. Patty never said it would be a problem or that she wouldn’t be able to give to me. Two weeks later I call, which is today, June 20th. I call Patty today and Patty first acts as if she is irritated that I called and then proceeds to tell me she has to look it up “HOLD ON “. When she returns she says she had it pulled and gave to her “other girl” 👀 and she called and my number wasn’t in service, which is a lie, but moving on. She then says her “other girl” is in California and she doesn’t know where she put it. Really, Really 🧐🤨. Then Patty says “I will not be able to give it to you because it’s in your husband’s name. Soooo why didn’t you explain that two weeks ago?, Why did you go through the trouble of pulling the B.O.S. (If you pulled it 🤔)? Why did you waste my time? Russ Toyota Wisconsin what kind of chicken cheese shake are you running 🤦‍♀️. Do better Please!

While I was in the service department getting our car checked, there is a woman with a cup full of chewed up sunflower seeds on the counter in front of the computer. The service was great, I was just overall disappointed in the lack of respect for customers.

Everyone in the service department was very professional, friendly, helpful and considerate. It was a pleasure to do business with them. It was like true customer service made a comeback...

Friendly attendees greeted me right in the service bay. Even washed my car after my oil change. Personally came to find me in the customer lounge when the job was complete.

Great, love my new car and feel like I got a good deal. Travis S. Was an outstanding salesman, friendly, knowledgeable and took time with me.

Everybody was pleasant and accommodating, as usual, but particularly Justin and Ralph, the latter of whom made personal time sacrifices and bent over backwards to help us out with our own time constraints and needs otherwise. Great crew; that’s why we always come back!
