Don't. Just don't. It was all good and great to start. I have NEVER missed a payment or been late. I have always maintained insurance coverage and I am an EXCELLENT CUSTOMER. In fact so good I was offered a loan through them as well. That said, AUDRY at this company is the RUDEST human being I have ever encountered. She TURNED OFF MY CAR because she did not get my email that she was too busy talking to someone else to listen to me, on March the 30th. She said she didn't get it. No call back no hey what happened she TURNED MY CAR OFF and left me and my 3 kids stranded with NO WAY to contact anyone as they offer NO after hours services. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! I am looking to refinance now, you can thank your employee of the month for her straight neglect and failure to communicate for this review. I also will say that all I did was call my insurance company to get a better rate because I have been busting my butt to work on my credit score as well. That is the only reason there was an alert. NOTHING changed. You all should be ashamed. *** EDIT IN RESPONSE**** Based on the cheeky response to each complaint made this is what we get. I will surely be happy to continue to find a refinance company. I would pay a higher rate for better service. I don't drive daily being we have covid and I DID send the documents. I have the emails. So that is a big fat LIE! Thank you for this. It says a whole lot. I can't put you out of business but I will be spreading by word of mouth and I know a lot of people. Take your own advice and make it right rather then being RUDE! I absolutely think that this is the biggest mistake you could make. Again I did NOT change insurance companies. I have Geico have had for the last 7 years. So once again LIE and I can back it up with documented proof.
Ms. Mcfarland, Yes, we did turn your car off because we did not have proof of full coverage insurance. This is a requirement that you agreed to when you signed the law binding contract. You did change insurance companies. We had no knowledge of that and did receive notice that your insurance cancelled with your previous company. Audrey did not receive the email from your new company. I apologize, but with over 1600 customers, we do not always have the time to check back with you to make sure that you followed through with your responsibilities. Prior to your vehicle being turned off, we did sent out a warning code to the device. We did this for 3 days. When you heard the warning code, that would have been the time to call to figure out what was going on. We do not have after hours services. Our hours of operation are posted very clearly on our office door, our social media, our website, and even on this Google page. Lastly, sugar gets you a lot farther in life than salt does. You were probably greeted with the same tone and attitude that you projected. *EDITED RESPONSE* We are completely transparent. If there is anything that you would like to discuss, you have our number. We wish you nothing but the best in your search for a new finance company.

Had work done on my car, charged me for it. And the car still not fixed after they told me it was good. Told me if I don't want the car it would be considered a repossession. I trusted these people and they did me wrong. Engine light came on one day after picking car up. Air doesn't work heat or air conditioning. Air bag light on. . and I get charged
Mr. Payne, lets tell the whole story here. Your car had been sitting for quite sometime. We picked your car up and took it to have the issues fixed that were keeping the car from passing inspection. WE DID NOT DO THE WORK! I asked you to call the dealership that did the work, but you refused! We bent over backwards to help you get this car back on the road. I'm sorry that you have a vehicle that is 13 years old, and you purchased it as a USED vehicle. It would take nothing short of a miracle to fix every single issue that is wrong with your car! I apologize for trying to help you, and you have nothing but ungrateful for that help from day one!

I spent 4 years as a loyal paying customer, even through the high interest rate, and the aggressive calls. I took a pay cut at a new job and still continued to communicate with them openly and pay off my auto loan every month. Finally paid off the car and made my last payment in May of this year and they refuse to report on my last payment and close out my loan as paid on my credit report. I was assured the first time I called that it would be done soon. Now almost two months later they won’t admit that they still haven’t reported on my last payment. Hell they won’t even take the time to check their records to see if it was done or not. Their solution is for me to dispute the remaining balance with equifax. Their rational is that it will be resolved faster this way. I’m not understanding how you fixing an issue is harder than me having to dispute my account balance and wait months for a resolution when they are going to contact you the same way I did for information. That’s just plain laziness and unprofessionalism on their part. One of the managers Eric didn’t even want to speak with me and offered no real solution or apology for the situation. Basically it’s on me to get it fixed. That’s how they treat customers who have honored their loans in full. After they’re done with you I guess they no longer care. Be warned. I will contact the news station or seek legal advice to help resolve this issue. What ever is necessary.

I wish I would of never got my car from here. I was affected by the government shutdown and I told them there was a issue with my check and I could not make a payment until Feb 22nd. I spoke with the manager Erick and he told me that since I’m late 10 days late they have to disable my car and another employee told me “ this is not our issue, that’s your problem”. Usually if a payment is late they add on a late fee and still accept the payment but now they will disable your car with no remosre. DO NOT COME HERE. I’m going to see if I can handle this legally because they should of been able to work with me due to the shutdown!!

If I could I would give ZERO stars. The receptionist (don’t know her name) and Audrey are VERY unprofessional and disrespectful. They were wrong about my insurance coverage and were too proud to admit it so they literally argued with me on the phone. Audrey made a very nasty remark to me and they both had horrible attitudes. I couldn’t believe that they were acting like that over the phone, just disgusting.
