I cannot say enough about this service department, and especially Anthony my Advisor. I have been a customer of this dealership for many years, back to when they were called Classic Honda. Anthony has helped me all those years. He is always kind and courteous. I never have to worry about him trying to "sell" me something I don't need. If you are looking for a trustworthy Honda dealer in town, I recommend Round Rock Honda.

My service advisor, Kris Brown, was excellent. He was professional, courteous, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He took time to answer my many questions and explain items on the instrument panel to me. Because of the excellent customer service I received, I will be using Round Rock Honda for all my future needs!

I would like to praise the Round Rock Honda Service Center!! We own a 2013 Civic, and Jonathan Ortiz is the only service adviser I will work with. There process from check in to check out is seamless, and my kids enjoy the free snacks in the waiting area. They make it as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this service center for all your service needs, and deal directly with Jonathan Ortiz if possible. He takes great care of us and our vehicle.

Totally upfront and asked permission to do work whenever the cost might change. I ended up not using their services to my deep and terrible regret. I took the car to Christian Brothers, a totally overrated chain for a second opinion and before I knew it theyd run up 700 on 130 quote because apparently they didn't have the same scope or obcd2 scanner Honda was able to use to diagnose the problem. It's a real cliche that the dealer always overcharges! Unless you have a personal relationship with a mechanic don't just take it somewhere random. I know who'll be getting my money when I recover financially from this set back! Thanks Honda for your integrity, but I do wish your parts held up better in Texas. Wanted to rate them 0, in every area of business but it's not available. Continue to have problems with a 2019 Honda Accord Sport. Several times after driving 20-30 minutes receiving coffee cup message Driver Attention. Per the Honda Service Assistance Mgr, I should be receiving the message every 30 miles. Really! I've had this car and only received it once on an extended drive. I'm also getting erroneous road departure messages. The best one is the Brake message when getting on 183 and no cars or ojects around. Hopefully, other Honda dealership care about the Customer Service they provide.

Andy welder service advisor was one of the best empolyee's there. He arrived at my car with great service and made sure the job was done well. I recommend getting him to help you with any assistance and so was the staff there. they were all very attentive and willing to listen and help!

THEY GOT ME IN SAME DAY AND FIXED ME RIGHT UP. THE OTHER 2 HONDA DEALERSHIPS IN AUSTIN COULD NOT DO IT! CALVIN WAS AMAZING AND THE SERVICE WAS DONE RIGHT THE 1ST TIME!

Took my car in this morning on the day of September 6-7 2017 for a couple of things. I was told it would be about 2 hours and it took them the exact time/hours it's amazing! And they even ran it through a carwash. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and they had cinnamon rolls and extremely hot coffee in the waiting room. I just wanted to recognize our Service Advisor Juan Cisneros for an outstanding job with our Vehicle for those two days we were at this Center. Even though Juan was so busy the whole time Juan never leaves or forget his customers. I work for Quality Assurance for such a large company for 15 years and i know how important it is when it comes to Customer Service. Juan went and beyond on his duties as an service advisor. Juan did an outstanding job! Great customer service he told us what needs to be done on our vehicle without trying to sell or anything like that but what needs to be repaired on my vehicle for Safety reasons. And of course we followed Juan's advise and we are extremely happy with our decisions and our vehicle is running like a brand new vehicle it wasn't about the quantity it's about quality!!!!! Thanks Juan Cisneros for all your help and support. From now on and forward we will be asking for you as our Service Advisor when we come to Honda Service Center in Round Rock in N Mays Street. You are awesome!!! I hope you continue to grow and that your Boss see's this review because you deserve it and how hard you work to succeed! Keep up the good work and especially your Customer Service and how you handle and treat your customers and that's the employee of the Month!!!!! An oil change should not take an hour and a half when you have an appointment and arrive on time. A simple, single oil change. And the only recourse is to give bad feedback on a survey that impacts the pay of the service workers. This place does not treat its customers with respect and punishes the workers for management's practice of overbooking appointments. I'm never coming here for an overpriced oil change again.

Everyone is very nice here. They changed the oil and rotated tires and it was ready when they promised. And they wash my car before returning it to me.
