    I would give worse than a 1 but thats not an option. I bought a car from these people and bought a detail package. After one week an air sensor went out and needed replaced and they only payed for 1/2! They knew it had a problem and didn't fix it when it was there. I used the detail package for the first time the other day and they did a complete garbage job. All they did was vacuum and wipe down the seats. Thats all. The didn't do the leather dash, clean out cupholder of even vacuum under the seats! Garbage job and wont come back.

    Probably will never go back! Owner's daughter was rude and made the assumption that I couldn't afford the vehicle I purchased. On top of that they were asking many unnecessary questions that made me feel quite uncomfortable. When we finally agreed on a price and started the paper work there were a TON of "fees" that were charged that were NEVER brought to my attention until the last minute! If you're shopping for cars DON'T go to DeNooyer!

    I finally was called on May 28th to come and pick my vehicle up from collision where it has been 90% of the time that I've owned it... that night I got there and seen my car I was sickened....it looked like someone ruined the paint job...I was pushed aside then and now I'm being pushed again...my car is not even my car anymore..I WISH I NEVER BOUGHT IT..I was supposed to come and get it today after I was called and informed it was ready...I got another call from collision stating the doors were NOT THE SAME COolor...COME ON...I DONT EVEN WANT THIS CAR Anymore..I put down all the money I had saved and also I've paid 2 months advance.. What a RAW DEAL

    Bought a SUV from the used car department Found a few issues 15 days later That they should have fixed before they sold the vehicle had to schedule 2 weeks out for appointment Then they had my car for a month For something that Should have not taken longer than 2 weeks I had to harass them just to get vehicle updates Overall just not impressed

    Had my truck in for an oil change and paint and fabric treatment. Called in to Laura and she got me all set up. Oil change and treatments done in one day with shuttle service to get me to work. Great job.

    I can only speak to the service department, which I am highly UNsatisfied with. My vehicle has been there 3 days so far to recheck an engine repair that they previously made. I learned today that not only has it not even been looked at yet, they also can not even tell me when it might be. They are apparently "backed up" due to a change in mechanics, something that I should have been made aware of when I left my vehicle there. I have to call them each day to get a status update, which is always the same "we don't know" response. They did give me a loaner (I requested one when I made my appointment), but it is smaller than my vehicle, doesn't have cruise control, and had under 1/4 tank of gas in it when they gave it to me. Back-to-back disappointing and frustrating experiences with them ensures that my future business will be going elsewhere.

    Helen, I am so sorry to hear that you have experienced the delay for your repair. We are aware of the issue and are working to correct it. Our lead engine technician injured his ankle and had surgery...he is out for 8 weeks. But our assistant engine technician is coming in Saturday's to try to help out and we have cut the future number of engine appointments back so we can catch up.     As always I get good service for my impala which I bought there used. Its like the TV commercial about the tale to tell and what a tale to tell about the car and the service at Denooyers. 2008 Chevy Impala with 185,000 miles and runs like it was at 40,000 miles.
