    Been a member since 2015 and I can’t express my gratitude for this credit union. Clean environment, kind and supportive staff, easy to use mobile banking, I absolutely love the live video tellers. I bank elsewhere as well however my main banking is done through rivermark. Definitely a bank to consider when looking for a new home.

    Runnnnnnn! Do not bank here. How Sabrina is a manager is beyond me. She’s rude, lies, and shouldn’t even work in a bank let alone manage one. To the review a few back where she said it’s her mission to get the word out, well me too. I have banked with USAA for over a decade and had only a handful of issues that have all been resolved. Somehow since joining Rivermark, it’s a new issue every day. No resolution. Communication is a foreign concept. Just point me to the nearest, quickest exit. And get new management, stat! Pay attention the reviews Rivermark corporate…many people complaining about one person!!! Do something about it as she is actively losing clients.

    So disappointed in the service that Rivermark no longer provides. Going into the branch was friendly and easy way to bank. Now, upon multiple occasions, I have not had my questions answered regarding any of our accounts with Rivermark. There was no system of escalation to respond to our questions. The representatives were dismissive and unhelpful.

    I was referred by a friend of mine to open up a business account with Rivermark because of their simplicity in terms of technology (Having a personal teller kiosk communicate with you, to help out with basic checking & savings accounts needs, is pretty amazing). Having done business with Chase, US Bank, and Bank of America in the past, I immediately noticed a difference in approach. And it's this: the staff genuinely listened to my needs and considered my limitations as a small business owner. Lastly, the environment aesthetically and musically was delightful, which is important to me when I'm dealing with an already stressful work flow.

    They added collateral insurance to my car loan without sending me an email or calling, after they said my insurance was fine when I refinanced the loan. Shady

We do need you to add Rivermark as lienholder, and that likely hadn't happened yet since you were just refinancing, so once we get the updated coverage information we can remove the collateral insurance.     Run Away- Wouldn’t Recommend To My Worst Enemy!!! Lying, stealing, dishonest, rude, awful people. Beatrice, Amy, and Sabrina are all thieves. And good luck reporting them when they blatantly steal from you, because Rivermark is corrupt and all your complaints will go to Sabrina who is the manager at several locations. Because of this, no one she’s friends with (or herself), will EVER be held accountable for their dishonest, rude, and otherwise unacceptable. Appalled Rivermark would allow such awful people represent their brand. I will be making it my active mission to tell as many people as possible to close their accounts here, and let everyone I personally know to never come here again. You thought Wells Fargo was bad? These thieves are far worse. Don’t support this.

    I’ve never had a problem with this branch until last week. I Was trying to pay a loan and wasn’t able to, because I hadn't answered enough security questions. I gave her my member number, name, bday, year and model of car, how much I paid on my last payment, what bank I use, address and I was calling from the same number they have on file. But she said that still wasn’t enough to verify it was me. I’ve never been so frustrated.

    Hello Kay! Thank you for your review. Security of your accounts is very important to us, and when you are not present in a branch where we can see your ID, verifying you may take some time. If you're able to go to a branch, they can set up a code word for your account there, and that can help with identifying you by phone. Would you please direct message me your contact information?     Horrible! They did not like how we endorsed our check (that was accepted and deposited by the ATM). So they took over $4000 out of our account and sent the endorsed check back through the US mail. Yes - our endorsed check was in the mail. We still haven't got it and they made sure that we knew that it was not their problem. We have been with them for about 10 years and their customer service is terrible. It used to be good but it is terrible now and we will no longer do ANY business with them. To respond to your response Janet B. First, I never talked to you. I talked to three different men. Please do not write things on this that are incorrect. Secondly, a good business practice would have been to CALL US and let us know what what going on so we could come by and **draw one line and write down two initials** (ridiculous). Thirdly, I was told by a manager that people can ask to deposit more than $2000 in their mobile app and that is what we should have done. We asked, since you have all the pictures because your ATM deposited it, to go ahead and deposit it because the check would then not be able to be cashed by anyone else (who might get it from our horrible mail system). Makes sense. Your manager thought so too but then we were told no. Because of your bad business practices (i.e., putting endorsed checks in the mail) we are at risk of not receiving that check. Janet B - you should be apologizing and making this right not saying thing that are not true.

It's not that we didn't like how you endorsed the check, but it was endorsed for mobile deposit, and financial institutions can only accept that type of endorsement through mobile deposit and not at the ATM. If you change your mind and want to deposit it elsewhere, you can draw a line through that endorsement and initial next to it.
