RiteCheck Westchester Ave, Bronx

Been going here since the early 90's and never an issue.. I just took the trip all the way to this "24hr Facility" on 5/6/17 at around 5:45am and was turned away by a unfamiliar female representative. Talking about that they aren't taking any customers bc she was having problems with "The Door" the enclosed security door, to which she was unsafely, standing half way in & half way out.. It seemed too choreographed, poorly too. Why wasn't the Front Door locked all together if they weren't taking customers? #SaveTimeCallAhead

I've been coming to this location for years the manager is really nice when you get to know her ,her name is mariza and the other employees are sweet also, you may get a few people who come in and expect them to change there policy just because and get upset with the people who work there which is stupid but all and all I have never had any problems with the service they provide.

Only problem is processing of refund application has no address of location of where I purchased chech. I WAS SADLY DISAPPOINTED THAT IT TAKE 30 TO 65 DAYS FOR A REFUND.

Was going for a zero....i went to cash a overtime check from work and i was told to wait until my job open at 11am to speak with someone i guess.
