My boyfriend and I purchased a brand new Honda Accord and the bronx honda team specially Jason and one of the managers went above and beyond to help us with our purchase at an amazing rate & price. I cannot recommend these guys enough. I read all the reviews in here and let me tell you that sometimes you have to see for yourself and not belive everything that you read. I wish I can give them 10 stars that's how satisfied we are.

If I could give this business 0 or negative stars I would. I visited this business last week and salesman greated me and immediately want to quote me a deal before I could test drive vehicle. Then I told him the crv cerified priced at 17,800 was little high can he go down he ended up going up 800 and then added taxes even though I was putting 7k down. So a car for 17800 went to 18k then after test driving I sat down 1 hours while finance guys attempted to offer me 326 for a used car. If you live in nyc and values your paycheck avoid there.

Never brought a car before i was terrified. Hearing stories about how hard it is with these dealerships. I went to Bronx honda Im happy I ran into Raul Leon he made my experience buying a car so smooth he walked me thru every single step and was very helpful with every question i had. PLEASE PLEASE take a minute of your day to read this to help yourself. You will know why this review is so long once you read it. Beware: Your relationship with this place will go down hill once you sign the papers. And the attitude towards customers who already purchased a vehicle is disgusting. We came to buy a certified used car. while showing us around, Jason (sales guy) told us MULTIPLE times that a certified car comes with 6 oil change services. So, we chose our car and when they were doing the numbers, they automatically added a $1299 certification fee. Even though the car was already certified. When we asked why we have to pay again for a car that’s already certified, they removed the fee. Not only that, when we talked to the finance guy, FRANKIE, he would only tell us the monthly car payments. He added warranties(that I didn’t ask for or want).When we asked him to break down the numbers, he asked me to “do it myself”. So I did. And realized he added $1500 to the price of the car excluding all fees and $4000 for the warranty. When I asked him about this, he said it’s closing time, he will explain to me over the phone. So I left with the car. When I called the next day, he said he will talk to the sales guy(JASON) and take care of it. And there you have it, that $1500 and $4000 was removed too. He told me he cannot send or explain to me the paper work on the phone, I have to go in person. Today I went in person, to get my paperwork and oil change. When we asked about the oil change, JASON went to Frankie,who wouldn’t give the oil change vouchers because they “come only with new cars” as per him. Even though we were told MULTIPLE times by Jason that it comes with our car too. Frankie then passed our paper work to Jason and thought that’s all he had to do. He had a client in his office so we were told if we wanted an explanation, we had to come back. We went to the service center because we had to change the headlight (couldn’t get anything done there either because they were too full) and came back. Frankie was chatting away with his coworker, when we said “excuse me can I ask a question” he said okay. We asked about the paperwork and were rudely told by both of them we had to wait again and that he’s talking to a customer. AGAIN, it was a coworker. Anyway, when we went in, he said everything’s in the papers. “What you need explained? It’s all there. What’s your question? You know how to read.” We asked a question, he answered and if we asked anything else he stopped us to say “you asked a question, I answered”. MULTIPLE TIMES. he was so bothered that they couldn’t add those extra charges to our purchase that he didn’t want to explain anything. Save yourself the cheating and dishonesty and go to another place.

On May 21, 2020 Bronx Honda was made to pay $1.5Mil in fines to the FTC under charges that they discriminated against black and hispanic car buyers, as well as engaged in other illegal business practices. I personally know of at least one individual (person of color) who was quoted at 9% APR by this dealership, until their bank quoted them at 3% via letter of approval. Sales agents at Bronx Honda were routinely instructed to target people of color for higher financing markups "due to their limited education," while being told not to attempt those same practices on "non-Hispanic, white customers." Management here is racist. There are better places to spend your money. Until this business changes hands, and the new management shows they support our community, there's no reason for us in The Bronx to support them.
