Extremely amazed by the sales and staff at Ricart Ford- they were genuine with us and got us in the car at a great rate. Our last car buying experience was scary and would put a bad taste in anyone's mouth...this time, I am actually happy!!

There were unexpected problems while repairing my car that was no ones fault at the dealership. Brad Dague explained the process and kept in touch with me everyday. Great communication. Things could've been much worse, but every worked out fantastic. Thank you!

I would like to thank Richart ford, Kyle and the sales manager we worked with for a great, fast and easy experience. They went out of their way to make the purchase of my 2015 Taurus SHO pleasurable. They knew we were pressed for time to play some basketball with the Buckeyes and they made it happen. The SHO is absolutely an amazing piece of artwork. I couldn't be happier. Thanks Guys!

Great customer service! While I was waiting, at anytime during the process, I was asked whether I wanted a water, coffee or snack. Everyone I encountered was personal and easy to communicate with and they helped me get the car I wanted for a good price!

I was pleased with the deal I received as well as the service. It was definitely a low pressure process and I got the exact vehicle I wanted. The only issue I had was that the whole process took about 4 hours from start to finish, and I came in with a vehicle already picked out.

I went to purchase a vehicle listed on the website and was willing to pay the amount listed. I told the salesperson Kyle I was ready to buy. He then told me that he could not match the price they had listed on the website due to market fluctuations. The price I was willing to pay was still listed on the website and I showed him!! Still would not match his own price!! Stay far away from these people. A fool and his money are easily parted.

2018 F150: Worst experience at Ricart Ford today in the "Quick Lanes" department. I called in on the 10th of Feb at 1:07PM and asked whether or not I could have an oil change done. The answer was simply yes, of course. Since I was sceptical of such a quick "yes", I inquistioned if the turnaround time was going to be around 30 to 45 mins. The girl from ricart responded by saying that the quicklanes are generally quick at getting people done and out, so that should be the same for today. Upon having heard all of that, I decided to journey from westsrville to ricart which is an approximately 15-30 min trip. Upon arriving there at around 1:45-155 PM, I walked up to the quick lanes service counter, which is also the waiting area for customers, and was greeted by a young male service rep from Ricart. The girl next to him, had been and remained on the phone with somebody during 95% of my time in said waiting/service area--I never communicated to her. Long story short, I told the young guy that I had been told to come down to service for an oil change, I had called in at around 1 PM. He immediately replied saying that their service cutoff was at 1. Obviously, I was displeased with this simple and unapologetic remark of him. So he said that he was new and did not know if they could do something-he is still in training-the girl that had been and remained on the phone would be the one to help me with it. I stated that this was poor customer service and not quality oriented if somebody tells me at 1:07PM that I can have a service and then supposedly when I arrive the cutoff for service had already been at 1PM. Upon hearing my concerns and disapproval with the situation and the girl not having gone off the phone- he walks out of the service room and talks to somebody. Due to the wall of the service room facing said lady to whom he had walked out being constructed from glass, I could see that he was making smirky remarks to said lady there-- the facial expression of said young male towards that other person, a woman, concerning my case were everything but professional. So after having been in that waiting / service area for 5-10 minutes, I was told by him to come out to said woman he had been talking to. That woman turned out to be Mandy Clark. I walked out and had told him, while passing by him, that I do not understand why I have to walk out there now, instead of her coming to me, in the service area/waiting room. Once again, she also did not apologize about the circumstances surrounding my visit-having been told to come down for an oil change at that time by a colleague of hers. She was very distant and unaccommodating with my simple request of receiving an oil change, at that time. The inclimate and treacherous road conditions were bad due to snow and cold temps. She did not believe me that somebody had told me to come in for an oil change. Upon hearing that I showed her my phone's call logs. Instead of saying sorry or let me see what I can do, she stated that she will pull up the recording form the call and that will take some time. That was very unpolite and unprofessional of her to do. The discussion continued, me telling her how displeased about all of this I am, and then she threw out there, like "take it or leave it" "I can work you in but it will probably be sometime afer 4PM until the vehicle and oil change be ready. " At this point, we had wasted 15 mins approximately 2:20 PM now and she finally said she could work it in. Wait over 2 hours for the oil change, when I was told on the phone 30-45mins would be max today. The storyline did not add up! Her body language, helpfulness and tone were all but professional. In the end, I asked to talk to a manager or a supervisor of hers, but she refused to help there too, just stating that there was nobody here today to take up my concerns and problem. Before leaving, without an oil change, I walked up to the info desk of the main entrance and asked to file a formal complaint about Mandy. Zane Webb got involved. Helpful then sided with others. Result NO OIL CHANGE!!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! My husband started the credit application with a man named Mark. He calls my husband and tells him he can't give him a 100% financing and that he would need $2000 down and myself as a co-signer. Then Mark why did my husband get a loan within 1 hour from our bank with no problem AND no money down AND I didn't have to co-sign? That was day one. Well my husband still wanted the car so he went after work the next day to buy it. He gets there drives the car and starts the process. After waiting for more than an hour and having something sent to the bank so they can get the paperwork, my husband ended up telling then to shove it and walked out on them. The loan officer sent the dealership the paper that they originally said would work to drive the car off the lot, but after they received it, it apparently wasn't good enough. Then she sent something they REQUESTED to be sent and that wasn't good enough. They knew from the start that he would have to go to the branch in Cleveland to get the check on Tuesday because Monday was a holiday. They then say they need a copy of the check. Hello? He already told you that he couldn't get the check until the following Tuesday. Our bank is Navy Federal Credit Union, a well respected bank in the united states and they have put Ricart on their black list. They lied to the loan officer over the phone saying the manager wasn't there when she asked to speak to him, but yet after she said her member was going to walk out the door with his $12,000 he magically appeared. The finance manger that was there is the biggest D-Bag of all apparently. To top it off my husband over heard three other issues just buy sitting there waiting on them to get the paperwork finished. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I was a salesman I sure as hell wouldn't let $12,000 walk out the door.
