Im Tired of getting harassed all the time with emails text messages and phone calls 24/7!!! Yes i know my payment is due DO NOT CALL ME UNLESS IM 30 DAYS LATE!!!!!!!! Being 5 days late on a payment is not that big of a deal it’s affecting me and my credit not the bank! And on top of that the interest rates for loans with this bank is outrageous now!!! I will be leaving this bank and going elsewhere! I loved banking with Riegelwood Federal Credit Union because they were easy to work with and didn’t call or email unless someone was 30 days late. I highly recommend everyone to bank elsewhere its not worth the trouble here!!!!

Since the switch to Rev I've had nothing but problems. There is no phone number to call them directly like before. If your card gets hit with fraud they do not tell you that you have to go up there for you to receive a new one which is shifty. I see no potential for this new bank and my account may be closed in the near future...

As for your card, we can absolutely mail you a new one if it's compromised, or members can opt to visit the branch to get one instant issued. The credit union is not what it used to be. Ive been a member for 29years. Most of the time when you call and need help with anything you will be transferred to someone. That someone never answers. You can leave a message but it's a 50/50 if they will ever call you back... dont bother calling 30mins after opening, between the hours of 10:30-1:30, or 30min before they close you will not get an answer... The only thing good about this place are the low interest rates on loans.

Bank told me i was getting ripped off on a car i was buying, they said the value was much less even though kbb and nada were higher than how much i was paying...
