This is the best republic bank in all of NJ. They have a awesome team who are determined to make all there customers satisfied and feel welcomed. A teller named Nick stayed 10 minutes after closing to help me print out a new debit card after mine was stolen. Thank you so much Nick, not everybody will stay later on a Saturday to help a complete stranger. This kid needs a raise!

People that work in this branch needs a lot of training they don’t even greet you when you come in they just look at you like if you’re just dumb I went there to open an account and they’re saying that they cannot open an account for me right now what kind of bank is this I guess they lost my business. I’m at the one here in glassboro and they greeted me and helped me right away with no sorry excuse cause they don’t want to do their job. Oh and to let the branch know I had multiple business account and private account i was going to open today their loss

Carol is fantastic. She really is your hardest worker. . As I am first in line waiting for this debit card, just f me and ask the guy right behind me if he needs help as if I'm invisible. I don't understand. Now I get to wait even longer. Yay! . Hire employees like Carol because everyone else sucks.

Worst Customer Experience ever. I just had opened a bank account at the branch with the manager last week. All for a trip out of state that I had explained to the manager. I opened a new account put in the pin at the branch and then a week later when I’m now states away the only options they gave me was to come into the branch to fix their mistakes or issues. This was the first time even trying to use this card. So I called the 800 number. After being on hold for a total of 25 minutes of transfers and excuses with the corporate division; they finally transfer me to this branch. I don’t know why but the young woman who answered refused to ever get me the manager after giving me a lot of negative attitude as if I was bothering her day. While I’m the customer out of state and in need of the funds I had deposited for this trip. Good News is I figured out how to transfer out all of my funds into a TD bank account overnight. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY from this branch and their incompetent and unfriendly staff

Don't have any experience yet but noticed a review where woman was put on hold as a customer was in front of her. The woman must realize that with this pandemic everywhere is short of personel so people are covering to many bases that are normally covered by some one else and they can't give you their undivided attention. I don't think that the bank person didn't care. She was doing to many things at once. Give them a chance.

I have always enjoy going to this branch. The staff are friendly and always helped me but after today I don’t think I’ll return.....I had an issue with an atm transaction and call the bank. I was transferred to this location. The person on the phone immediately put me on hold and told me “she had a customer in front of her” rudely. Few minutes later she came back on and I explain the situation. I was told they couldn’t do anything until 3:30. She kept repeating “she had a customer in front of her” and proceeds to hang up. It seem if the person is not in front of them your problem is not important. 😞😞😞

Beautiful bank and also friendly staff. They are very professional. I had Roxanne and she was great as can be! I would highly recommend this location for all banking needs. Make the switch guys! You will not be disappointed. The hours are better than the banks I seen and there are no fees with checking in comparison with others too. Also, coin counter!!!

I came for the coin counter because I didn't feel like paying fees elsewhere. I precounted my change and very happy the machine was 100% accurate.
