Renasant Bank Inverness Cors, Birmingham

This is one of the easiest banks to work with. We own a small business and I just can’t say enough about how great it has been working with this bank. They have helped us with everything from business checking to SBA construction loans. They are fast, friendly, professional, and they take the time to get to know their customers. In my experience, they have gone above and beyond with how they have handled my family’s business and personal banking needs.

Don’t do it, their banking is still left in the 1970’s. I received the wrong information from the call center & their response was call the branch to make it right. The call center manager ReShonda decided to get real snazzy when I made valid points on why I shouldn’t have to waste my time calling around due to misinformation given to me by her call center employees. I’m running quickly, because their system & practices are super outdated.
