Just a terrible terrible Bank. I have been coming here and cashing my check for at least 10 years and none of the tellers ever learned my name. And now they open the lobby again and they want me to come in and cash my check when I don't feel comfortable going in. They just want me to come in so they can pressure me into opening a bank account with them. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. They were pressing me to open up a Brand Bank account, now they're pushing Renaissance banking accounts. Go figure

Very good bank. Would recommend to anyone ***Edit*** this was before renasant bought brand Bank. Now it is a fraction as good for many reasons. One main one being they are closing more locations and shutting down all Saturday work hours. Lazy. Covid is not an excuse anymore, they just changed their locations to no Saturdays recently.

Worst bank ever. They put to much pressure on you to open an account. Please just cash my check and let me be. If I wanted to open an account I would ask you.

Had an account with them in 2014 for when I work out of town job ended closed account.now I have another job there when I go to cash my check they want me to open an account I tell them I'm only here for a few months but same guy keeps asking me to open an account every week same guy I have to explain the same situation it's like he doesn't get familiar with the people coming in the bank maybe it's good I don't bank with them I like people to get familiar with me.

Excellent customer service and very nice bank

Best bank in the South regardless of location..
