An employee named Roxanne was being amazingly rude as soon as I walked inside & posted up to wait for assistance, the branch manager named Carl then came out & we spoke in regards to the issue I was having w/ the rude woman, I used language that he didn’t like 2x to describe the situation “she was on my dick” & as a result he made me go to another regions to open up an account. Even though I was in the process of making my account, he wasted my time & gas all over petty feelings and opinions. All because I was expressing my discontent towards his rude employee in a way he deemed vulgar. I didn’t say anything ”vulgar” for a 3rd time and yet he refused my business. There were no children present. And I didn’t yell. This was the worst banking customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life! The branch manager needs to be fired or disciplined, the employees need to be fired or disciplined, and I will be filling a corporate report! * went to another regions afterwards & received OUTSTANDING service from the branch manager on Eldridge rd. Unfortunately his card printing system didn’t work, I went to another regions as a result. However, this regions didn’t accept me either because of what happened at the other bank. The manager is getting in the way of me trying to handle business & organize my finances! Childish..

Very poor customer service, it appears the bankers all have certain customers that walk in that they go out of their way to welcome into the branch. I was doing a simple deposit, after standing for what seem an eternity I was finally spoken to and asked to keep waiting as three other tellers were just "kicking it", only one teller was working and he didn't seem to want to work at all. Stay away from this branch.

Lost a $5000 check. Bank is very understaffed and don’t know what they’re doing. Have to make multiple trips to their office to fix THEIR screw up. Unbelievable. If I could give zero stars I would.

Worst customer service, i have been coming to this branch for over 1 year. New staff has no idea how to keep customers happy. Not coming back to this branch and closing my business account soon. Rude staff not recommending anyone to do business with them.

Waste of time messed up paper work which cost more time lots of mistakes and very time consuming, had to leave work early to come handle a mistake a banker made, save your time, bank elsewhere
