The people here are very rude. I was told that they cannot notarize a document for me because the lady didn't feel like coming to the front.

I would honestly say they're okay for convenience sake of being close to where I live, but in all honesty I would say when you're in a pinch like I was.... go to literally ANY other branch in a more heavy business oriented area why? I was just there today after having my bank card stolen a week prior I had to walk through pouring rain to get there (but that's not the problem), I get inside, and the young lady at the clerk's desk tells me that due to the rain their card printer was down which means by all tense and purposes the branch should be shut down because the business itself runs on a net connection, so I called the branch on riverdale, and asked them how were their printers?, the lady on the phone tells me theirs are working just fine in fact the rain hasn't affected them at all and they printed a few cards this morning. The excuse people tell you just to not do what's in their job description.

Everyone at this bank is not evil. There will always be one rotten apple out of the bunch. One guy that I spoke to at this particular bank is very rude and insensitive. He only cares about his image. He lacks people skills. I don't know if I was treated badly because I had on t-shirt and shorts but it shouldn't matter. Don't treat people bad because of your status. Everyone is equal and should be treated as such. I will never come back to this location better yet none of the branches. I'm not given them a star, it forces you to give a star in order to leave a review.

I waited 45 mins in line for drive thru. While the people in front of me swapping papers with the teller and dumping their nasty cigarette ashes in the drive thru.

I've banked with Regions a very long time. Recently I needed some help with a wire transfer and Al at the Riverdale location was very helpful and friendly. Thanks Al !!!!

I feel this bank fulfills my needs and I've dealt with them many of years

Poor customer service terrible attitudes especially robin wouldn't recommend anyone banking here

Worst customer service ever I called them twice an they never answer the phone even when they hours clearly said they are open at 8:30 am what a bad day to wait to get deposit into

I have banked at a Regions Bank for over 14 years now. I just love them.

Region use to be a good Bank, charge you for anything now.
