I really do not like this bank. This location particularly, but the whole branch are unprofessional and rude. So for one, I went to open a checking acct. When in, signed up , deposited money and was told I now had an account. Well, next day I go to withdrawal some of the cash I had just deposited previously and was told that I could not make withdrawal due to acct being on hold. I asked for explanation of what that means and why. Then I was informed that they ran a credit check so before I could access any of money the hold would have to be lifted. So needless to say, they are unprofessional and misinforming. They never explained any type of credit anything would be required and they definitely should have made sure that all requirements were done before ever taking a deposit. It was 48 hours before I could access my money. So needless to say, I closed that out and have never used them since. I will also say that knowing people who do this isn't the only time I've had poor service and most that I know do end up closing their accts also.

Unprofessional, and judgemental. We Were disregarded and treated horribly. Yelled at rudely when asking normal questoons like they just didn’t want us there at all. Did not I’d verify me Bu asking any questions. Simply said No to every question and we can’t go somewhere else . I need corporates number on this one. Highly upset. I put my money somewhere to be entrusted not to be disrespected and disregarded.

I opened my account a month ago and presented my drivers license as it is required. I get an email a few days later that has typos and incomplete sentences saying they need a copy of my license or they will close the account but I disregarded it thinking it was a scam. A few days later I get a letter saying the same thing so I went to the bank and let them take another copy. Then they closed my account on pay day because “they needed a copy of my license.” 🙃 this is my second major issue with this bank. Please do NOT bank here.

I was shorted a $100 and I asked Christopher to closed my savings and checkings before he closed them I remembered that uber was supposed to be sending money back to me however the slob closed it anyways! Very rude did not want to call his employee off her lunch after I told him I was missing money! I waited a hr and half to get nothing! I have banked with regions since a kid! It's been 10 years in!

The staff crew need more training. My online bank account has been locked up for the past three weeks so I went to this local bank so i could get it unlocked but unfortunately Mr. Chris and Mrs. Allison Defries couldn't figured out how to unlock my online account . They absolutely need some kind of training becasue they are going to loose customers like that. They need to do a training session for this particular location. Not very knowledgeable staff. The employees need more training system wise.

Extremely slow service. When at the ATM you can't leave because they are slow servicing people at the drive thru, cars are blocking the exit. Tried calling, they let the phone ring for a full 3 mins, picked it up and hung up. I have been a member of Regions since their merger with Union Planters. This is the worst experience. Since there aren't many locations I'm going to look in to switching to another.

Made an appointment with the Swinea branch, when my wife and I arrived, noone was there. Sign on the door said branch was closed for the day, go to the new one. Got there and this little snippy girl said we had to make another appointment or wait 4 hours. We made another appointment for tomorrow and will make another after we open another account at another bank and close the one at regions. Since none of the banks are opening their lobbies during this fake pandemic we are looking at online banks.

This has got to be the worst banking experience ever. How can you have 4 banks in the immediate Southaven and Horn Lake areas and 2 of them be completely closed. This is a HUGE metro area with a lot of people; two banks isn't going to cut it. I don't know if banks (in general) are intentionally trying to make everybody go to a system where people will not be able to come inside in the future, but this is ridiculous. Worst overall service I have experienced from a bank.

A reigons bank is so needed in Hernando ms ! Even though I do Mobile banking sometimes I do have physical business to conduct and driving all the way to Goodman town rd is so inconvenient because the bank opens at 9:am ...and I have to be at work at 9 too ! Wish their drive through was open at 8:30 like Bancropsouth...
