Don’t bank with region I lost my card and someone mange to take all my money and they can care less . Applying that it was me horrible bank

I was presented with more obstacles than solutions. Even when walking towards the teller. No eye contact or greeting. I wasn’t even sure if the teller was helping customers. I wasn’t able to withdraw money from a business account without a business check. They did not have enough funds for my withdrawal, witch ended up coming out of my personal account, because I needed a business check. The teller didn’t smile or offer any options to every problem she presented. I will try to never come back to this branch. I very much enjoy banking I. Every other Regions bank I have been in.

This bank has been nothing but a nightmare, since my mother's passing. They have ignored their own policies on POD benefits. They have put myself through more unnecessary stress even though I have all the appropriate paperwork and documents. All region banks are god aweful their structure system is unorganized. Avoid at all cost!!!

Already have sent a review. But Lobby hours are at 9am Mon-Fri.

They are all about making that $$$. When you truly need help they don't care. I love how they can get a $3.5 billion bail out but can't cut some slack for the customer. They post payments when it is convenient. Even if you have the funds available they delay the deposit and charge you a fee worse customer service I've ever experienced!

Eric bonnet never calls back they hold money there very shady karmas a b I hope this Erik bonnet gets fired for all the scamming he does

Clean and convenient location. Helpful and friendly stuff. The bank manager Vinny is personal and eager to help resolve issues.

Shout out to Nicole! She gave great costumer service and answered all the questions I needed answered. She was very knowledgeable.

What can i say it’s regions bank they are the top ten worst banks in America and Erik bonnet is a terrible human being
