Regions Bank US, Mims

We have been using Regions for 43 years, for both our business and personal accounts. One can contact the local representative, not an easy feat with all banks.

Regions has closed the branch in the center of our town which means I either have to go to the Mims or the south Titusville branch. Mims is closer to my office and home. I understand about the Covid.I understand about all that but when I pull into the drive-through in the lobby is closed until further notice and there’s two lines in the drive-through open five deep and I can’t leave my deposit for my company because they’re about to close while I’m sitting there in line. They should quit advertising it they’re an easy branch to work with because I don’t believe that’s true anymore. They certainly weren’t helpful with the PPP loan program.

Don't know what y'alls problem is. Some of y'all can't even speak English. This is a great bank with the nicest people you've ever met. Great business as well. But some people just live to be upset and speak to the manager I guess.

Worst bank ever. Made a mistake opening an account. 10 plus more days of waiting and still haven't received any of my money.
