Horrible customer service and their ATM is a theif! After the atm takes your money, they don't care, you'll get your money in 3-5 days, they do NOT CARE!'Jennofer Capo was horrible. Terrible customer service. when I mentioned I needed the money for Christmas, she said nothing at all. Garbage customer service. Is leave 0 starx of possible. Merry Christmas. Update, staff is much better, but the ATM will miscount your money, even now, year or so later. I’ve told them many times about the issue, but I guess it’s up to the atm service company. And apparently this one sucks. Take your cash inside

Kendra Dock was above and beyond inconsiderate, combative, condescending, and unprofessional. She spoke down to me, and my mother who was assisting me with rent payments. Kendra acted inconvenienced by any request. She also made a point to intentionally respond to anything we requested with passive aggression. Please re-train this manager in client engagement and retention, because as my first experience with this bank I will not be back.

Jacqueline is always friendly and professional. All of the staff is welcoming and happy to help. I really Appreciate the awesome service!

I have a business account over 15 years and always has been treated nice in all the branches but the manager on this branch made me feel so embarrassed to draw money out of my own accounts and verified and from everybody she printed checks that I had in my accounts in the money was there so I don’t recommend this branch the managers very mean and disrespectful

What happened to the employees who were working here pre covid ?! I will be taking my money out of this bank, very soon. Each time I get a cashier's check, it takes 20 minutes and I'm always the last to be helped after 6 other cars. I will be taking my yard earned money elsewhere very shortly.

If you are looking for a great bank, go to this Regions. I have been with Regions for years and this location is by far the best. Everyone is so professional, kind, friendly and will go out of their way to help you no matter how busy they are. Gregory helped us open our business account and always takes the time to talk to us to make sure we're doing well. I never thought I would right a review about a bank but this Regions definitely deserves one.

The only bank in Florida that's not open at all. You can't even go through the drive thru. How inconenient can you be!!! Can't even go to your bank and get money because the ATM is out of order as well. Nice Regions Great Way to be there for your customer's and the staff can be rude

This is literally the worst location that I have ever gone to. There can be three plus people inside and going through the commercial Lane still takes over 15 minutes for a simple deposit... Ridiculous.

Samantha Chavez was absolutely overwhelming rude. I love regions but will no longer be visiting this location.

This is the only regions I love going to the staff is always so welcoming and professional
