    Horrible drive thru experience. Took 30 minutes to literally get a check cashed. Woman in front of me took 20 minutes to do Gos knows what. That’s the point of having a lobby and going inside. Then, when we finally get help, it takes another 15 minutes to actually cash the check. You’d think these people have done this before! Very disappointing as they used to be so good.

    I had my account information stolen two weeks ago and over 2,500 dollars was purchased with my debit card. I disputed the claim and have been in touch with the corporate Regions office, as well as the Chelsea, Alabama Regions branch for updates about the dispute I filed, as well as to waive overdraft fees, and other issues secondary to my money being stolen. Every single time I have called up to the Regions in Chelsea, Alabama, someone by the name of “Trell” answers the phone and is extremely rude and disrespectful. I’m aware that my calling is not convenient for anyone there and that they are busy, but questions concerning my money and the fact that I need a new debit card issued is important. Not only is “Trell” always rude when I call this location, she acts as if she does not have time to answer ANY of my questions, nor transfer me to someone that is able to answer my questions. I definitely WILL NOT be returning to this location in the future. Absolutely horrible experience.

    My dad passed away, unfortunately I had to be the one to close his account. I paid all his overdraft fees weeks ago. And told them to close the account. Gave them the death certificate and watched them make copies. Now his account is overdrawn AGAIN, and they have no idea where the copy of the death certificate is. Weeks after I closed his account I'm still dealing with this. Ridiculous. I'm so grateful that I bank with coosapines. I will never do business with regions.

    I love the whole staff! Very kind and caring people to work with! Every time I go in they are helpful and so nice! Stephanie helped me out with the notary needed to get my job and even faxed it over to them for me :) They always go above and beyond when I'm in there! Me and my fiance love them! Couldn't ask for a better bank and staff to help me out with my financial needs!

    Very nice Regions branch. The building design and many windows makes for a very bright and pleasant environment. All of the staff are friendly and helpful (which is true for every Regions I have visited). The drive-thru ATM is working and stocked almost every time I use it. The location and parking lot make for easy entry and exit.

    4 pm, 13 cars in drive through lanes, and ONE old guy working the window?? Come on Regions. When the drive through is all you have with COVID, then STAFF IT. Been waiting for over 20 minutes as I write this.

    Employees obviously are not trained properly to be dealing with people's accounts. Also make sure you check your accounts before leaving the parking lot because they will not fix their mistakes

    STEPHANIE WAS ALSO VERY RUDE TO ME. I THINK THAT WHOLE BRANCH NEEDS TO TAKE SOME CLASSES IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. INCREDIBLE THAT THEY ARE ALLOWED TO WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH NO ONE WATCHING THE BEHAVIOR IN THE BANK.
