    I usually visit another location on the southwest side. And I try to make sure I visit that location only. But this past weekend I had to visit a different location. The visit at the new location was EXTREMELY unsatisfactory. On March 19, 2022 I visited the branch on Westheimer. 10803 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX 77042. The big black guy was unprofessional and very unpleasant. It was a total of Three tellers working this past Saturday. They all were very SLOW. They took their sweet time while the bank filled up with customers. I waited about 40 to 45 minutes. I will NEVER visit this location ever again.

    They are very kind. That’s very rare. I don’t bank with them but they were so kind to let me use their non public restroom that I just might open one. Human kindness goes a long way.

    Great customer service! I’ve been banking with regions for about 10yrs now and have never had any issues or unnecessary charges to my account. I went in today to see about opening a line of credit and the consultant keysia was helpful. I’ll continue to bank with you all!!

    This specific bank branch and workers are so unprofessional. I had a negative balance and they did a soft close to my account so apparently it took a couple days for my account to clear and I couldn’t even access my money to pay my rent ON TIME!!!! Didn’t try to help me, or be sympathetic, I’ve been with them for 5 years and didn’t try to help me in anyway. Very rude lady wanted to be sarcastic and didn’t even try to explain everything to me so that I can understand the rules an policys. I asked to speak to the manager and apparently she left but I was there 20 minutes before closing time. I could’ve been starting her in the face and I wouldn’t even know it. Will be closing my account ASAP.

    Please do not use this Regions Bank Branch. Worse Customer Service I have Encountered in my life. Daniel Balleza doesn’t know what his doing and is Entirely not Professional. What a waste of time for first time banking experience. I’ve been with BOA 8 years I should’ve known better and just stick to them. If it’s not broken don’t fix it I guess.

    Please do yourself a favor and do not bank with this branch, i open a business account 2months ago, it took 3hrs to open my account in the name of they “are conservative bank” Today i went there trying to do a wire for a car i purchased at the auction the manager has the nerve to tell me i cannot do a wire transfer because thats not part of my business account activities, when does bank started monitoring what you use your business money for? this is strange to me, if i make my money legitimately i should be able to use it whatever i want. I will be closing my account down and move all my money back to capitalone bank or bank of america. worst customer service i have ever had in my banking history. Regions bank you need to fire this manager i bet a lot of business owner will not bank with this branch

    The personal banker who worked with me was very quick and friendly. The first question she asked was how much time I had, which wasn't much since I was on lunch break from work. She got everything set up while building rapport with me, and I got back to work in time, and with a new checking and savings account!

    Keisha was combative didnt show any respect or concern for the integrity of the company refuse to listen and was only focused on controlling the conversation with no regard for my request Her customer service was a -3 out of 10 She provided no solution for my request She lost all professionalism based on her ego and attitude when dealing with a unhappy customer ...then she bragged about how she will still have a job regardless if I walk out of the building due to my frustration...this is clearly the true definition of what not to do when conducting business or providing a service for a business...she said she works at another bank and doesn't care about my issues with her service ...she deserves to be fired since she doesn't have the best interests of regions bank

    I will not recommend this bank at all for auto loan. If you call customer service no one has an idea what they're talking about . You can ask just a simple question and they will transfer you like 4 times before someone can help you. After 3 years of having my auto loan with them I called to see if I was able to refinance it and they assured me that I was able since it's been 3 years. I submitted the application and they request information from me weekly for almost three weeks after I had already sent over everything they needed. They told me they were going to put my account on hold till they were able to give me an answer. After 2 1/2-3 months they called me to let me know they weren't able to refinance my truck and they didn't wanna give me an explanation for it that they simply were going to send me a letter and since it was 3 months I owe them and need to pay the truck the following day and they put my truck out for repossession status including late fees. When I called me to see if I can get sometime to pay for it since they reassured me it was going to be approved they told me no. After me getting the denial letter in the mail the following week I also get a call from a law office in behave of Regions Bank that they were in the process of suing since I was late and needed to pay my entire loan when they put my account on hold. When I called the bank to see why was I receiving calls from a law office they had no idea what I was talking about since they only do that when it's the second time someone gets repo. I never had my truck repo I just wanted to refinance it.Not only that they wanted me to provide the attorneys information. Attorneys and financial advisors told me that they never heard of a bank so unorganize when it only take 24hours to get an answer. Will never get another auto loan with them . Will never recommend this bank to anyone. Going to stress and depression because of this bank is not worth it. Worse bank ever.
