    I've been banking with Regions for about 6 years. Never great Customer Service but never terrible either. On December 8, someone printed 4 checks, all for about $900 and presented them against my account. These were not my checks, not even close. Not my signature, serial numbers skipped by 10 each check. This cost me just under $4000. I went to my local bank, filled out the affidavit, filed a police report and was told to expect up to 14 days for reimbursement. It's been over three weeks, and I'm being told that they haven't even assigned an investigator. Pathetic CS! I'll be bring my banking elsewhere.

    This is the single worst bank I have ever encountered. They accept checks for deposit that are made out to people/entities other than themselves! I am astounded by this behaviour and when called on it I was in essence told: Too bad, so sad. This is something I would expect a bookie to say, not a major banking concern. In any event nothing could be done because they arbitrarily decided the matter was not worth their time or scrutiny. I guess when you're a big corporation you can pretty much do whatever you want. They blew me AND the BBB off. Mr. Turner, you should be ashamed of yourself!

    The absolute worst regions I've ever been to. The employees are rude and condescending, they make you feel stupid for wanting them to do their job... after I take all of my money out of my account I will never use Regions for anything ever again...

    This bank has cost me $1000.00 since I have banked with them. Take that into consideration before going with Regions. Awful service. This place doesn't care about you or anything you bring to them. I came to Regions out of a recommendation when moving to the area, and frankly, I have never had a banking experience so bad in my entire life. First issue I had was when I tried to dispute a charge on my card for an item I ordered online and never purchased. I had to re-open the claim 5 times cause they kept telling me they did not have all the info, even when I would end a conversation with them asking "do you need anything else?" Needless to say they did not handle the dispute in my favor. So the same thing this time around, but this time I went directly into the bank. Instead of trying to help me in the bank, they (Carson & Katie) discredited my issue and tried to push a credit card on me. Did not even listen when I told them several times I did not want to open a credit card with them, just kept asking me questions regarding a credit card and entering it in the computer... It was the equivalent of talking to a toddler. When I emailed Carson directly regarding this issue, I got a no response. So since they have done this twice now, they have costed me almost $1000.00. Take that into consideration before banking with Regions. The sad part about this is they will likely get a promotion for not caring about my issue and doing what they did. Meaning its a management problem. Now, instead of helping my girlfriend with an issue with her card as she just called this bank, they were rude and told her they couldn't talk because they were in a meeting... We will be closing out accounts here and going elsewhere. I will also be pushing for my company to do the same.

    Set up a 4th account, it was not accessible with my other accounts, online. Had to go back. Could not transfer funds. Had to go back. Still cannot transfer funds. ATM card does not work. Going back today. Regions is messed up. If I weren’t so heavily tied to them, I would use a credit union.

    Terrible customer service. Waited for 5 minutes before even acknowledged that I was there waiting to be served and no other customer at that time. Then waited another 15 minutes just to Verify my ID to withdraw some money. I will never go back to this branch ever again. I’m thinking of taking my business to WF. This is not the first time I’m treated this way. Horrible!
