I have never had a bad experience with this company. The interest rates are a little high but lower in comparison to some of the other loan companies. I am always on time with my payments therefore if I need extra I can return and complete a new contract for a new loan amount.

Matthes NC location is very poor. Dishonsest communication from branch manger. I had a small loan with them, paid it off perfectly and on time. Yes they treated me horrbily. I would NOT recommend using them if you need money. Use ANYONE but these folks.

This is the worst experience that I have ever had with a financial company. I took my daughter here to get a small loan. The ladies who helped her were Alana and Wendy, who appears to be the manager. My daughter had a previous loan with this company and the interest rate was high, but the payments were low. So she was going to pay that loan off and get another one to help pay the rest of her school expenses this semester. When we got to the place they would not let me come sit with her to help her understand the paperwork and they took full advantage. They added over $1,000 worth of ancillary insurance to the loan and they raised the already high interest rate by another 8%. So the loan ended up costing her over $2,300 in interest for a $2,500 loan. I had no idea until we left and I had a chance to review all of the paperwork. I now have to send letters to all of these insurance companies to cancel these different types of insurance. This is a racket. It should be criminal for them to do this. They did not explain to her what she was signing and they certainly did not express to her that the interest rate was 35%! That should be a crime! The worst part is that she does not even have challenged credit. She has good credit. She's just young and starting out, but she has a few credit cards and one prior loan and she has a 100% payment history. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I have been called nonstop by these people for Months! They never say who they are or what they want just some mumbling person on the voicemail. It's harassment! I have over 30 voicemails from them in the past few months, that's crazy!

Your credit score will go down quicker than a 8 year old at a Epstein party if you take a loan with these people

Frauds and unprofessional or maybe it's just this sad Memphis city location. It's April 2020, now with everything that is going on they say that they will help you BUT it's all a lie. It's sad but it's this awful reality how some only care about money and not others. God have mercy and bless us all.
