I have been approved by Ready Cap and got a PLP number (SBA loan number). I applied with Lendio and never been able to get Ready Cap on the phone or to email me back. I have called each day. Today I have been on hold for 3 hours and still on hold. I have IM Brian Callom that shows to be a Vice Pre of Ready Cap with no reply. I have called the local news and they are looking into it. I have called SBA and Lendio with no help. I will be driving to their office in Irving today if they do not do something. Today is my day 10.

They're slow, they don't know what they're doing, and they're affiliated with SBA, so they're bureaucratic shoulder shruggers. It's just a shame that no one will see this and choose to avoid them. They got my business, not by choice, but because my business loan was sold off from my local bank. My old house has a business mortgage lien on it, and Unready Cap (bang!) has hung on to the lien transfer to the new house for 7 weeks and counting, so I paid double mortgage, and rent on the new home in the meanwhile...I'm sure they love my business cash flow now! Marginally nice people, horrible business. They're lucky they have a government entity to help keep them open...And nice, paying small businesses like me.

They are the worst company to work with. Our loan was with Citi and we had no issues. Since they have taken over they don't post payments when they are received by next day air early in the morning. They post them 3 -4 days later to charge extra interest. Then when you call them on it they do nothing and refer to us as you people. It is in your best interest to go elsewhere. This company has only been around since 2012 and has the worst customer service.

I wonder if they are a real company. I have emailed and called them 3 times over a 3 day period. Nobody responds. Not a good way to run a business.

This is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. They asked for $7500 up front, when they didn't complete the work they kept almost 50%. I don't recommend them and hope others don't get taken in by them.

Amazing company that does a lot of work up front to avoid retrading
