Natalie sold our house in Parker, Colorado and did a wonderful job. We had lots of interest in the home, but we couldn't accept offers from buyers who had a home to sell, or a contingency. We needed to move fast on the home we were purchasing so we took the first solid offer without a contingency. We ended up selling very quickly. She walked us through the inspection process, appraisal process, worked with the other realtor, lender, etc. I didn't know there was so much to do when listing a home. From our first conversion I knew that I had chosen the right buyers agent! Natalie responded to me shortly after I put in my request to speak with her. Throughout the process of my first home buying experience she was able to answer all my questions and was able to show me all my properties of interest in a timely manner. Especially in this crazy market! She kept our heads up even when we got beaten out on offers and helped us find a super cute home!
