    Worst company do yourself a huge favor and stay away. Incompetent, dishonest and unorganized put my son in a very bad position after being told he was approved for a loan. STAY AWAY!

    I have found that Premier Members CU has been easy to work with my needs. It is a big bonus to work with a local banking organization, not one of those big banks where you are just another number. Service has also been solid and friendly too.

    Trying to make a loan payment on this incredibly difficult to use online banking site. I have been sitting on hold for a good half an hour to just talk to a person who can help. Oh well, I guess when they need their money they can just call. This is ridiculous, don't bank here if you want to speak with a person.

    This company took ownership over the small bank my husband has his car loan through. My husband has never missed a payment and yet we continue to receive letters and collection calls about his payment not being received. The last time this happened the bank teller who received his payment deposited his payment into an unauthorized bank account. Who does that? We included the payment slip with our money order and instead of owning up to it we had to go, drive down to Pueblo and PROVE with receipts that we paid and now again we are receiving letters saying that his payment was not received. Sat on hold for 15 minutes when someone hung up on me :) we had no control over who purchased the bank and yet we are the ones who have to deal with the incompetency of the purchaser. Someone needs to contact us immediately or we will be reporting to the BBB, AGAIN.

    Horrible service. Wouldn't accept my POA (Power of Attorney) so I could manage my husband's account while he's deployed. Customer service was snippy and rude every time I tried to ask a question or explain the situation. Very stressful and frustrating when I've had no problems anywhere else. He doesn't have any money in that bank just a loan so what am I honestly going to do except pay the loan?
