Thankful is all I can say. I'm a very responsible person and I'm thankful that one mistake in life that was out of my foresight didn't erase my possibility to have a great bank, though it does restrict my freedoms a little. The restrictions make banking safer for me. I am now thanking Google for this review. It reminded me that everyone knew who my Grandmother was at her bank, of several decades when I was growing up of which she did later have to change, but when the staff knows who you are that's an integrity all around. I will never forget that. Thanks Google.

READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES If you have a SAVINGS ACCOUNT and don't touch the money in it they will draw fees on it until it closes itself. A SAVINGS ACCOUNT. 3 car loans with this group, never missed a payment, always paid the loans off early with all of their ever increasing "convenience fees' In the end they'll just steal your money.

Can’t deposit money through the only (2)atms The branches have available. 9 times out of 10 the raytown atm is always broken. Nobody knows what’s going on half the time. Branch managers never can seem to help. Ever since covid came around RLSCCU has down graded. I will not ever recommend anyone to bank with them. Bank tellers talk to you like your a child or they’re rude and hateful. I will be closing my account indefinitely! Never in the 15 years I’ve banked with this credit union have I ever been this disappointed what a shame!

Card continues to say "insufficient funds" when using it as a Debit Card. They say they solved the problem but it continues to happen daily, for 2 weeks straight now. Called multiple times and keep being put on hold for 10's of minutes only to be told we have to wait. A new card was supposed to come and it expires by the end of the month; which we have called and called to get a new one. They Did the same thing to us last time and had to drive hours to the bank to get a new one.. after waiting for days without having a card. Whats the point of having a debit card if the bank wont do their job and make sure it works. If you get a chance, dont use this bank. Use one where they care what happens to the customer and are more up to date with technology.

Why can’t we deposit cash to the atm if we want to add fun’s to our account at our own convenience? I’m so disappointed that I have to wait in line all the time so times we’re on tight schedule and got to get in and out quickly. I think having the option to deposit cash in the machine would be great.

After 4 years and multiple loans they are now tacking on "convenience fees" to take payments over the phone. Your options are A. pay the fee or B. go to a shared branch, in person, spend 30 minutes every month at another bank to make your loan payment. Nothing convenient about either option. Update 11/21/2016: Cool story, they have now added another$5 to their convenience fee. Scam artists. God I can't wait til this loan is paid off. Never doing business with these clowns again.

This bank is not helpful at all and then it’s a waste to call and check on things because they either don’t know or talk to you like your slow. I will be leaving this bank. Very unhappy and the manager is terrible. I will be going over their heads!

Why is the Atm screen always freezing up ?..or timing out needs a better updated atm machine you can be pushing withdraw and its touch screen literally you are beating the screen

Thinking I already paid the loan,I got a call from Amy saying that I owed them a late fees. Those people will do everything to make you pay more and more money than you owe . I will never do business with them again.
