He researched back three years prior to that and found several costly mistakes from my former book keeper that cost me almost 2500.00. I was referred to Mr Willett by a work friend for help untangling a somewhat complicated IRS request from 2016. He was so patient and even went further into the details of the request to save us additional money that we thought we owed. He was very responsive and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be using his services going forward.

I was truly disappointed with his final year of services and the lack of communication. We had been a client since 2011. We were looking for someone in the Gilbert area. We wanted to support local businesses. In 2014 we had changed our marital status. It is after this change that service and/or communication really stopped. We had asked him to review the taxes he did for us to see if the change in filing status would help us get a refund of prior 3 years. It was before the end of the tax year, this year, he said there would be no big change in our tax for 2011. I contacted him towards the middle of June, he said he would get to 2012 and 2013 it in the next few weeks. I have tried to email (how we communicated prior) him, text, and left a message by phone. It seems that the change in status was an issue for him, but he was not professional enough to communicate this to us. It is a shame.

Mr. Willett is a perfect professional, he did a great job on my taxes, answered all my questioned and delivered on the day he said he would. Great professional and a great individual, I would highly Mr. Willett.
