Josh was exceptional. I am a new home owner and had no idea what to expect. He walked me through everything in detail, made time to get on the phone with me at any time I needed, and to walk me through each of the SEVERAL line items. To add, I’m not so great with numbers, so these line by line explanations really helped calm my nerves about the largest purchase I have made so far. There was one time where things got very confusing (interest rates, monthly payments, house payment, etc.) and I became very frustrated; I almost backed of buying. A few months later and a lot of hard work I tried again. Josh is a very patient person, very easy to work with and talk to. Joshua was super responsive to our many questions and did an awesome job at explaining every step along the way. He sent helpful videos walking us through our mortgage options and helped us pick what was right for us. The only hiccup we had with him was when he went on vacation and we couldn't get ahold of him, but he did his best to stay in contact with us when he could and connect us with his assistant, which I appreciated. His team was very easy to work with and all of our documents were filed in a timely manner for smooth sailing to our new home.
