The service here is truly great. The workers are kind and understanding, and are wonderful at finding the best way to help. Highly recommended if you need a loan and others aren't willing to help. Just be honest and communicate and you will have a great experience here.

Now I renewed my loan on 136.00 dollars they gave me 217.00 which in there eyes it came up to 375.00 in that they loan me. Yes I know I should of paid more attention. So I had them to explain why it says that they gave me 375.00 but it only came up to 353.00. They goes in the computer and says i was late on a payment in February but my monthly payment didn't change and I didn't pay no extra money when it was due. I get pay early in the month I call to tell them I would be in later in the month and the said that will be fine and fix it in the computer and they interest rate is high. Never every again #NOTRIGHT

Few months ago. I was a little low in cash and was trying to get a small loan. Don't get me wrong the person working there was nice but she didn't seem like she was too interested. I was still talking to her when another customer came in. She started talking to him and completely ignored me like I wasn't there at all. I waited and waited for a little while and just walked out. I went to another loan place on 23rd st and been using them since then. I even got my first loan interest free.

Ashley is very rude and arrogant. My husband had me on the loan so I could pay when necessary. I told Ashley to run the card or allow me to give her another one as I take care of the budget in my household. She accused me of having an attitude when I tried to pay what was due. Be very careful about this place.

The ladies here are FANTASTIC. Can't imagine that anyone would have a problem with the way that they treat, and greet their customers. A very rare commodity these days. Keep up the good work ladies!

Very Unprofessional place. I would never recommend them to anyone. I called to make a payment with them from 8 years ago and they told me they took me to court and now I need to pay lawyer fees and attorney fees. Which the lawyer is in the office with them. Sounds like a joke. I will not pay any fees or court fees I promise you that.

It's always been a nice place when I've come. The staff are friendly and I feel like they've worked with me anytime I've asked questions, in person or not.

The ladies are very friendly and willing to help. I give them a 5 star.

So this chick took it upon herself called me about a loan from 2013 and got some news she could use. Please I've gotten a new loan in 2019.

Needed cash fast and the ladies there helped. They took there time explaining the ins and outs. Very informative, sweet, and courteous to my situation.
