I worked with Santi Carmona. He is wonderful to work with and the mortgage lending guru I needed! I was very nervous about working through an out of state, over-the-internet type of situation. I called them off of a flyer I received in the mail. I am so glad I contacted them. I did a lot of shopping around locally and even with my then current loan company who said they wanted to keep me and would give me the best deal. Well, long story short, QMS, and Santi gave me the best deal AND service,...and so convenient, as everything is done at home! They definitely walk-the-talk when it comes to customer service! Santi was always kind, pleasant and patient with me. He kept me updated, informed and assured through the whole process. This was what I needed. The end result came out even better than originally planned! This group has an excellent review and friend in CO! I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

I had a great experience refinancing my home with QMS! Brandon answered every question I had (some 4 or 5 different times) and made sure I was fully satisfied with the answers. He was communicative, kind, and very insightful. It was clear he knew the process well and helped me navigate it easily. The process took a lot longer than I expected, but I don't think that had anything to do with QMS. I would highly recommend QMS to anyone.

I worked on a refinance with Phillipe Bulicich. He was very helpful and kind from start to closing. I was beyond impressed with how he was always available to answer questions. Quality Mortgage Solutions LLC did an absolutely amazing job obtaining and closing TWO mortgages for me to allow us to get our dream beach home. This was done during the pandemic! SO many hurdles! But, QMS got it all done and we are so happy!

We started the process of refinancing our home mid November we had so many kinks through this company we have refinanced through other companies in the past and never had any of the issues that we have had with them the loan officer reassured us that we did not need to pay our December payment because they were going to be covering our December and January payment we asked him several times because of all the kinks and how long this was taking if he was sure that we didn’t need to pay the December payment he reassured us every time .We now have a late payment for the December payment because he told us December 22 go ahead and paid the December payment when it was already past due on top of that they told us they were going to cover this appraisal fee of $600 we now have to cover that as well the loan that we were applying for was a cash out loan and they will no longer give us the cash out loan because we now have a late payment on our mortgage history because the loan officer told us not to pay it we would have never even had a late payment on our history and less he told us not to pay it so now were $600 in the hole on top of our late fee on top of we now cannot even refinance for a whole year because we have that on our mortgage history the loan officer wanted to take no responsibility for any of it .do not go through this company like I said before we had refinanced before and never had any issues Update*** How dare you call me a liar I have proof of text messages and emails from your loan officer stating that we would be fine not paying the December payment when he finally did tell us that we should pay it was December 22 which was way past the date that we should’ve paid it and at that point we had to wait till the next pay period to pay the mortgage payment because you stated it would be OK also do not post false information about me saying that there was a lien under my name that was never the case there was a false lien against my husbands name which we cleared up because it wasn’t him get your facts straight we have sent this to the Better Business Bureau and we will be Posting reviews on yelp as well as other websites do not come at me telling me this is our fault none of this was our fault! SHAME ON YOU!!
