Had a wonderful experience working with Kris Walters on purchasing my new car, he was very patient and consistent.

Dealt with Kristopher Walker at the DCFCU Auto Desk and purchased my second vehicle this month. He once again found a very hard to get vehicle in record time and made the purchase very smooth. He helped me with a lease earlier this month that went just as smoothly. Ernesto in auto loans was fast and accurate as well. This is about my tenth car I've bought from DCFCU Auto Desk, and not once have they let me down. Kudos to Daymar the Section Manager, keep up the good work.

First of all I want to thank Alex from the DAD program that assisted us on finding and getting the exact vehicle that we want it. He contacted the dealer to where the vehicle was and advised us right away. Additionally, Craig in the Loan Department was very attentative and to the point. BOTH, ALEX AND CRAIG WERE SUPERV ON THE POSITIVE OUTCOME. I DONT THINK I WOULD HAVE HAD SUCH A POSITIVE OUTCOME WITHOUT THEM BOTH. I've gone to this bank a couple of times. The staff is very friendly. I even tried to apply for a car loan and the banker sat me down. Was super down to earth and told me I wasn't approved. Even if I wasn't approved he tried to help me get a good loan and help me with everything he could. All these bad rates it's because this new generation doesn't want to wait for 5 mins or less to be accommodated. The staff has always been more than 3 tellers. Great bank. Would definitely open an account with them. They are more restricted since it is a Federal bank.

Buying a car was quick not haggle, Kris Walter was awesome to work with , very responsive. Definitely recommend it.

Kris Walters has done a fantastic job. He kept in touch with me daily until he got me approved for a 2018 Honda Accord LX. I am very, satisfied and very impressed on how Mr. Walters took care of everything for me. Daymar’s ability to negotiate the car of your dreams at a bargain price is amazing. If you need a vehicle ASAP, this is the guy! I called him in the morning while sitting on my couch and at 4PM my pearly white 2020 was parked in my garage!

Perhaps the worst bank I have ever dealt with. It has some of the most archaic protocols and creates a hassle each time a change needs to be made to your account. Lacks current technology standards and took for ever to have Apple Pay support. Every time I shop at Publix I get declined and flagged as fraud. A totally useless bank, and then managers are even more lazy in helping to over come any issues. Avoid at any cost. There are way better credit unions to choose from.

Went through a voluntary repo with these people and there was no consideration or customer service to speak of. Every employee I dealt with in the short time they were financing a vehicle for me was inconsiderate or didn't know anything, or both. Very uncouth group of individuals working there. Their processes are beyond complicated and not customer-friendly. They rape you with rules and regulations that in turn cost you an additional arm and a leg on top of the crazy interest rates. If these are the only people that offer you financing, run. There's only one star because Google makes you assign a star number. If I had the option it would be zero or -1.

170.00 dollars were stolen from my debit card. First a fraudulent charge of 163 and seven suspicious fraudulent charges of 1.00 dollar. My card has a chip and it is been always in my possession. I have not shared my pin or card with anyone. Charges where made in May 2018, sadly I did not check my account until first week of September , I only use that account for traveling purpose. Dade County Federal Union does not know how to keep your money safe, they could not explain to me where those fraudulent charges where made. They did not think seven different charges of 1 dollar were suspicious. My dispute was rejected because more than 90 days has passed. If you're OK with trusting your money with a bank that does not know how to keep your money safe this is the bank for you and will charge you a fee for their incompetence to boot.
