Always a short wait here, they get you in and try and help you really fast. Sometimes the policies are lacking which hurts the product but all of the people involved are amazing (when they answer)

    Response from the owner

Hi Michael, we responded to your feedback for another branch, but just in case you don't see it there, we'll post it here, too. Thanks for sharing your feedback. We're glad to hear that you had positive interactions with our people even though the experience as a whole wasn't as great. We'll get your feedback in front of the right people!

Have been trying to resolve several fraudulent charges on my account for weeks with no improvement just excuses... my money should be secure and a 60 day policy should not restrict money being refunded when fraud is involved... These purchases were made over a 6 month period and were overdrawing my account and I was never notified... I have never been so dissatisfied with a bank!

    Response from the owner

Being a victim of fraud must have been very frustrating for you. We're sorry you experienced this. We always do our best to help you protect your account. Resolving the issues that fraud causes can take a significant amount of time. Please call our Loss Prevention Department at (800) 226-6673 to discuss the details of your account. Thank you for your feedback.

My experience with Loan representative Ryan Perez couldn't have been any better. I used PEFCU to purchase a used vehicle recently. Ryan was dealing with an extra work load due to the National Holiday and other employees in his department being out. I didn't speak with Ryan in Person, but he always had a smile in his voice. You're an asset to PEFCU.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for sharing your positive experience. We'll be sure to pass this message along to Ryan. We appreciate your PEFCU membership.

After the extended period of punching in the appropriate numbers etc. and waiting time - chances are very good that you will get a busy signal then the line goes dead. When and if ;you finally get someone they seem nice but if you need to transfer or talk to someone else be prepared for another extended wait - and possibly another dead line.Trying to do a wire transfer to put money back in an IRA - I assume the cut off time is 2:00. Then I call up to find out it is 1:30. I faxed over and get back a transmission report that says 1.40. I called at 1.45 to make sure the fax went through. After being on my phone for over one hour the lady says the person is at out at the moment and is still trying to find someone to check my signature. She has tried all ext. and just gets voice mail. This cost me taxes on 29,000 bucks. Today was my last day to get the money in.( IRS 60 day rollover) - I am disabled and had computer problems also. Yes I should have done things earlier,- but still consistently a hassle to get anything done. This is not the first time.

I have got the news it is official we have reached a billion dollars in assets whoop whoop. that is something to celebrate. Most of all be proud of. So everyone make sure you go to one of your local branches and celebrate on May 3rd with everyone. I'm pretty sure they're going to have door prizes and all kinds of things to give away. If you have a kid take them show then what banking is all about. open up their first account. I love Publix Credit Union I've never had a problem with them. shout out to ms Christy what's up and shout out to the branch in Jacksonville what's up. And of course how can I forget shout out to miss Sandra of Miss Sandy at the Jacksonville location. I might not be saying her name right. she helped me with my car almost 4 years ago. you rock oh yeah oh yeah you rock. Shout out to tampa my new branch location.

    Response from the owner

I fully agree with Mr. Scarpitta. EVERYTHING is antiquated about this bank. From their services to their service. It is nearly impossible to get a hold of someone without waiting in a queue. Service is the exact opposite from the stores. Banking here is definitely not a pleasure. I feel sorry for Publix employees that have no choice but to bank here. AWFUL.

Absolutely the worst place to have an auto loan! They will screw your credit up! Unlawfully I might add, because they could get away with it at the time when you are at your lowest and they knew it. I did a voluntary surrender of my car when I left Publix because I did the figures and knew I would be skimming to much to be comfortable so I made the decision and all while still being paid ahead of my loan payments they still screwed my credit over by putting on my credit that the car was a repossession and as if I was one of the people that like to hide their car or avoid the loan company trying to keep their car when they are behind on payments. Even when they had the car in their possession they kept docking my credit with late and missed car payments even though they had the vehicle and I had the paperwork and phone calls to back it up, this went on for several months. I gave them a spotless zero dents zero mechanical problem vehicle back and they are still screwing me over with not only the discrepancy on my credit but also trying to say I owe them charges after charges including depreciation costs somewhere around $7k? I may have been broke and jobless when all this happened and they thought they were going to get away with this but now not only am I not broke anymore I am now a business owner with a awesome lawyer on payroll going through all the paperwork, phone call recordings of what your employees said to what is on paper etc and well all I can really say is we will see who has the last laugh in court PEFCU, we both know that what your employees have done to me and my credit and that you are okay with it happening is wrong and things are going to made right like it should have been except now it's going to include damages. And just to the new people that think this is just a situational problem that this has only happened to me? No, I am not the only person this has happened to from this company, no many many others have had this happened and that's why I'm taking legal action and may possibly start an open investigation and hopefully end with a class action for all others that have been affected.
