    My mother banked at this location for 15 years. After she passed away last year, I have been trying to arrange for her safe deposit box to be drilled. I live 8 hrs away and plan to make one trip to Florida but can not get anyone at the branch to call me back. This level of service is completely unacceptable …. I am a banker and service is what banks compete on. I NOW understand staff has been rotating between branches making consistent follow up more challenging. Knowing this, Wells needs to use a system that manages/routes inquiries to staff no matter where they may be working on a particular day. Managing customer expectations is EASILY fixed by SIMPLY returning phone calls in a timely manner.

    I have been with Wells Fargo for several years and have been extremely happy with my interactions with all locations, especially at my home bank on Harden Blvd. I did have an issue that I was a little disappointed in and when sent a survey I respectfully expressed my disappointment. I believe I sent that email back on Friday and today, Monday, I have received a call from the bank manager in regards to my survey. Jennifer, the branch manager, has gone above and beyond to address my disappointment and resolve the issue I had. I didn’t expect anything other than to let them know that I was a little disappointed. I’ll never bank anywhere else-bottom line. When I told my significant other about this he has decided to switch banks himself as he knows the service I have received over the years.

    I had an appointment today at this bank and while trying to open a account the lady kept saying we're I stayed out loud and speaking about it so everyone could hear, then she could not tell me the things I needed to know herself and kept going in the office talking to her manager about we're I stay and it was another lady in there besides her manager, now everyone know my business that I never offered up to no one but the lady I was speaking to in the first place (banker). When it was all said and done I ended up going outside to get more information just to open a checking account and still was declined because my address on my vehicle registration was not good enough because they have people doing fraud. The manager was busy I could say that but she was the only one that could handle my situation and not the banker. Then they had me right beside the front entrance with no privacy and everything that was said was heard by every one else. I feel that a person's personal business is no one's else business unless they're offering it up. This bank needs more privacy and they should not consider a person is fraudulent because the way they dress, because I just worked 12hrs selecting meats to ship to people in need around the country, so I just put on whatever with two hours of sleep and they waisted my time for thirty minutes including the embarrassment. I would had rather the manager came and talked to me intead of going through someone that don't know what they are doing and judging by we're you stay and even voiced her opinion on we're I stayed. Business is business not personal so stay within them guidelines. (No star rating) if you ask me.

    Zach was super helpful! Even though this branch is temporarily closed to see bankers, he helped me make an appointment online at another location. He also explained how to make an appointment right from my phone, and gave me a pamphlet of what services they offer on the mobile app. I’ve never worked with Zach before but he was awesome!! :)

    The people at this branch are hit or miss as far as being friendly goes. And if you need inside after 5 you can forget it that door is locked and they do not let you in. Not very pleased with the service i receive from this branch. Never had any problems with any other branches. Not to mention the atm is broken nearly every time i try to use it.

    Ive always had a good experience here the people are great never had a problem with the atm had a problem with a company who tried to take money out my account twice and they quickly helped me close the transaction.
