The people that work at this branch are excellent. Efficient, friendly and easy to deal with. I had occasion to deal with their Senior VP of Retail Banking Kim Johnese, and she was able to resolve the only issue I have ever had with this bank in a very efficient and professional manner despite my gruff manner. Full marks!

Excellent. Friendly, treat you as an individual. I have a business account, my wife and I each have personal accounts. If ever there is a question about a check or a deposit they call you. Never an attempt to sell you unwanted services. In other words, the exact opposite of Wells-Fargo.

The worst Customer Service each Rep. gives inaccurate bank policy information, so read the fine print. Prosperity Bank does not offer mobile check deposit on thier Mobile App therefore, I have to drive directly to the bank, just to cash a check - (very inconvenient).

Easy to see and access from 290 traveling East. Every time I've been in there, tellers, bankers, and managers have been very friendly. Any issue I've had has been resolved within a few minutes. Also, if you contact them by phone, they make every effort to help you immediately.
