Prosperity Bank N Carrier Pkwy, Grand Prairie

I had to choose one single star because there isn’t an option for 0 stars. Had been with them for over nine years and saw them change bank names like underwear. I got hacked over 4 times resulting in my account being suspended, leading to more trouble with my atomized payments. This fourth time I had to wait almost a month for my replacement card to arrive. I had to personally drive over to make those payments in cash. Went to their location on Carrier in Grand Prairie and was met by some monotoned individual trying out customer service. He never showed any sympathy or friendliness towards me whatsoever. And when he finalized the cancellation and I was walking off, he literally single-clapped sarcastically. Yes, I did notice that bit. So glad this is over. SMH

Worst branch I have ever had the misfortune of banking with and I would advise driving 15 minutes out of your way to go elsewhere. One of the tellers actually called the police on me for no reason. They showed up, talked to me and left without incident. Hopefully that guy no longer works at Legacy.

Some one is using my personal info

I have visited this branch several times. The service is mediocre. The wait time is very inconvenient. The previous teller was courteous and efficient. The manager is rude and has walked away several times leaving customers unattended. The ladies that work there are efficient, but you can tell they are stressed out.

impersonal, bad location, long wait. I'd rather drive 25 miles north to the Grapevine location on park blvd and NORTHWEST HWY where they know my name even if i use the drive thrun whick the Grand Praire location doesnt have.

Terrible customer service, very impersonal, and don't treat their customers with very much respect. Horrible location also. Worst Bank Ever.
