    I took my dad today to this branch because his debit card is blocked, he didnt want to call customer service because they were very rude to him a couple years ago. There was a banker helping someone alse so we waited until the banker was done and we approached the desk, he started to do something else and few minutes later he finally acknowledge we were in front of him and ask me to wait and went to talk with another customer, while I was waiting another banker came and ask me if I had any questions and if I had already spoke to the other banker I told him the banker told me to wait and that my dad needed help with unlocking his debit card and a travel notification he immediately give me a business card and told me to call customer service, I told him my dad didnt want to call due to his bad experience and in the past his debit card was unblocked there at the branch he said he couldn't do it because he was not even able to see the debit card if it was blocked, I knew he was just being lazy and didn't want to help us. I have a relative who works for another bank of america branch (unfortunately not close to us) I ask him if the process to unblock debit cards had change he told me nope. So as soon as my dad gets back from his trip he will close his business account and go somewhere else with better customer service.

    always helpful, they have got me through several banking needs over the years. I like that they have a front person who greets you to determine what your needs are, so you don't have to wait unnecessarily in a teller line.

    The manager from this location never helps for anything and always has a bad attitude. I’ve been coming to this bank for years now and ever since this manager has arrived it has been different. The last managers have been super nice and helpful.

    the current manager is always in a bad mood and shows very little interest in the Latino community. This is the third time that I have been denied the Notary service offered by Bank of America. being that in the 9 years that I have been with them and in that Town it is the first time that I feel discriminated against and I will be thinking very seriously about closing my account and looking for another Bank.

    I came to the branch after online would not allow me to print my statement for my lending institution to purchase my new home requested statements. When I arrived I asked for assistance and Andrew who claimed to be the branch manager told me to get three copies it would be five dollars a copy. I told him I’d called the customer service they told me to go to branch and there would be no charge due to the technical error. I arrived he told me if either pay or not get my statement. I asked to speak to someone above him he told me to take a seat and call Bank of America but said he would not help me unless I paid the fee. Worst customer service ever I will be closing my accounts and credit cards I’ve never had anything like this in over 12 years with Bank of America worst service coerience ever

    Visited this bank for the first time today. It's very spacious and open and seemed pretty clean. The lady who worked with me seemed nice enough, although clearly wanting to be elsewhere (who actually enjoys work anyways). For a fairly simple request, it took much longer than expected, so that's -1 star. My low review is for the terrible hours (9-4?!?) and requiring masks even though employees are behind plexiglass and wearing their own masks. Please open later and stay open later or open earlier and close earlier. 9-4 is when most people have to work.

    I went there and the guy with the tablet was being so rude it was disgusting 🤮.My husband and I were just trying to ask him simple questions but he would cut us off with smart remarks. We had waited for like 30 minutes. So I went to the the other financial center in Arlington and we got all of our questions answered and got what we need in less than 10 minutes.

    I had an appointment to open a business account on a Saturday at 12 noon.. I get to the location and it's closed, no signs, call or email to let me know. As I was standing in the entry way, thinking maybe they are only letting people with appointments in, I stood there until 12:15. At least 30 customers came, upset because it was closed and 95% of them stated they hate the service, and it happens often and for me to NOT do any business with them. I thank them for that information because today was unacceptable and I will take my business elsewhere and I suggest you do the same if you are looking for suggestions on banking

    Very slow service here, for such a big branch, how would you have only 2 teller staffs? There’s always a long queue whenever I come here. Today I tried suggesting to one of the staffs (Dalia/Dalila) what I’ve seen them do at other branches; that staffs like her try to reduce the queue by using the bank assigned iPads to deposit for people that wanna do deposits to other accounts to make the line move faster and this rude lady told me to go stand on the line. I replied her and said I have the right to give suggestions as a customer and that’s what I’m doing, very slow and rude people

    Lacks customer service, not a friendly face in the place, simply horrible service at this location off Hwy 161 in Grand Prairie. You can wait in line for awhile. Do not dare stand in line on Fridays unless you got 45 minutes to an hour to waste. Seriously, they only have two tellers. No preparation to anticipate a rush crowd, they don’t care. I’ve had much better experiences at their other locations.
