Prospera Credit Union Warsaw St, Menasha

Time after Time I find nothing but disappointment and the awful unwilling un wanting to help service provided by these so-called "bank tellers" I guess since I've been with them forever I haven't changed credit unions yet but it's probably time. I would not recommend anybody coming here

I was with Community First for two years before switching to Prospera. I hated Community First. I have now been withProspers. For four years, and have been extremely happy with them. It has gotten to the point where some of the tellers actually remember how much of my payroll deposit, goes to which account. I highly recommend.

This bank operates like most other dumb institutions. No 24 hour customer service, when you call there ride never let u explain anything. If ur not the older generation forget it.

Prospera has single-handedly robbed me, legally at that, more times than any individual ever has.

This is a great bank/credit union, the staff is always polite and helpful.

Definition of a credit union. They're here to help people like you and me.

Very very disappointed that it too over a month to get a loan. I never experienced this long of wait before.
