Community First Credit Union Main St, Menasha

Went to this place today with over 10k to open a new account was told to leave because I didnt have a mask. Not even offered another option discriminated against didnt even ask me if I have a medical condition. Which I do. This is a public service being provided. You can't just dismiss people like they are an inconvenience. I will be taking my money somewhere else. There is not a mask mandate in place and forcing someone to were one is not right. I thought the community credit union was for the community but clearly discriminates. I will be also contacting the better bussiness bearu . looking forward to the reply from the credit union

I had an excellent experience both here and at other branches. Their employees are well trained, patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and sympathetic as they help you with loans and financial management. Their security measures are better than at any bank I've patronized. I only left membership because I was no longer able to afford a car and had to choose another institution.

I dont think people know how to do anything at this location. They dont make me sign when I take money out, they don't know how to say that I put money on my credit card, they dont give me sheets saying what they did with the money I gave them. They take forever each time I go there. Terrible.

The people are super! They always know your name without your card or other I'D the minute you walk or drive in. Super friendly...like a friend or good neighbor.

The team here has helped me grow into a responsible individual. School never taught me half the crucial things that the staff of this bank has.

This bank has always helped me get what I need, quickly and efficiently. Bless this bank
