This insurance company is horrible and their business practices are negligent and abusive. My home flooded in June 2021, and I filed a claim with them the same day that the flood occurred. It took them over 60 days to process the claim and over another 30 days for the first draw to be process. I am writing this review June 2022 and it has been over 12 months and this insurance company is still giving me the run arounds. My family and I have been sleeping on the floor for over a year and these people are still giving me the run around. Stay away and beware if you care anything about your mental health.

Do not work for this company, poor communication & unprofessional management. They expect to much with little pay and show favoritism. I worked for this company since February 2022 until just now June 2022 because they decided they no longer needed me on the project and gave me no notice at all, no warning nothing ! You will wake up and try to log on and all of your credentials will be deleted. Poor communication and you will never get a response back from your team lead or management. I strongly recommend NOT WORKING HERE.

this is just WASTE OF TIME...i can not advice my cat to work here. we are 10 employee that started the training but only 2 remain when i was fired because i communicate the issues am having with there trainer refusing to answer basic question. Is career opportunity place , pay peanut. indian trainer just feel like we are in his country

This is a review of their services. It’s terrible. The company assists mortgage companies with claims, meaning when a co-payable draft is issued to the mortgage company and property owner, Themis company oversees the matter. Mail is lost, no accountability and poor communication.

All of the critical reviews are correct. I was just like you reading these reviews prior to starting work, and I wondered the validity to them and what I had gotten myself into. Basically you’re just a number to these people, and the high stress work and pay isn’t worth how little you’re valued. FYI: I was fired for having a mental illness. They’re extremely discriminatory and if you do waste your time here, and HUNDREDS of dollars on a home office set up… watch out for Kathleen Adjlemen and Jason Chimeleski. They’ll come off as some of the nicest people there and then when you least expect it prey on your weaknesses and you won’t see it coming I promise you. WHATEVER YOU DO… Don’t ANYTHING personal to them. Please. You’ll wake up one morning locked out of your computer and have their middleman nobody tell you you’re gone.

I do not recommend doing business with them. Very unprofessional.

Terrible customer service and no compassion for people. Beware

Awful customer service cant even manage to return a phone call.
