My husband dealt w/Aaron primarily, but I was very onboard with the proceedings of securing the refinance as well. Having been a real estate broker for 21 years, I’m a bit of a skeptic when dealing w/a lender from off the internet. But, wow, was I delightfully pleased with Aaron’s expertise and timely manner in which this processed!!! Definitely an asset to your company!!! Additionally, Michelle Panno should also be acknowledged, as she performed her duties w/exceptional expertise and in a timely manner. Bravo to both!!!

My home mortgage refi funded yesterday. Understandably, the process was delayed due to Covid-19. During this drawn out process, Lisette Guillen and Zack Seither were a joy to work with. Thank you both for all your hard work. I also want to make a shout out to the nice lady you sent out to appraise my home, she was delightful. AND, the notary was also wonderful.

A big thanks to Gary Peak and Laura Rosen for all they did to make the refi happen! Due to my somewhat unusual finances, and some past concerns about the appraisal process, I wasn't sure they would deliver the cash out and great rate I was promised. Yet, they DID! I did take a bit longer than we originally expected, but with so many folks doing the same thing as myself, I understand. You can feel confident that you will get what they promise!

I have dealt with several financial institutions in the past and I have to say that the two individuals I have dealt with from Prime Choice have been the most professional and informative that I have ever dealt with also the most patient as I had several issues arise during the loan process. It’s the usual “that’s someone else’s job.” loan closed middle of september, today is october 25. haven't received one piece of paper regarding my loan let alone a payment coupon which is due in 6 days. reached out to many different person including the ever so helpful loan agent Alex Namazi, who proceeds to lecture me that he would be picking up others work for him to follow up with my loan which will come due in 6 days. couldn't believe his response as if i should feel bad to inquire about the where about of my payment info. PCF made my refinancing so simple. Argie Ebadat, Sr. loan consultant, and Bob Lin, loan processor, helped with any questions I had.
