I have yet to receive a time line for closing and my wife and I have received two applications for two separate loans. I believe aht you have all of the necessary signed paperwork which was downloaded in PDF format and signed by both of us. I FAXed over my wife's SSN benefits letter again today. You already had a copy sent previously. I think another company would have made this process easier

Great loan company! Communicate with you throughout the loan process. The staff were professional and knowledgeable of the loan process . By far my best experience with a lending company. Kudos!!

John Woo, where do I start... Don’t trust anything this guy says, obviously he does not know what he is doing at all!!! He will tell you one thing then forget he told you only to tell you something else completely different! Don’t waste your time with this guy, he needs at least another 5 years underneath him to even understand what can or cannot be done in mortgage loans. We were trying to purchase a home in which we are leasing, have been for two years. He initially told me we could use the equity from the home that we would not need a down payment with almost 50k in equity. It’s worth much more than they are willing to sell to us vs someone else. He told us as long as the home owner is willing to put that in writing that they are selling it for 30k-50k more and gifting us the rest we had our down payment taken care of completely! I went into personal details about the people we lease from how this was a surprise to us they were selling, he knew this UPFRONT! Then after underwriting he says it would have to be a family member whom is selling the home for that to work! Are you F-ing kidding me? Why waste my time with that if that was not possible??? I wasted countless days and hours working with this guy only to be tossed away in the end simply because he doesn’t have any idea what he is saying or doing! Do yourself a huge favor and stay clear of John Woo and Loandepot. Any mortgage lender who would put this guy out there to work with people with his experience I would NOT recommend to anyone, even my worst enemy. For those of you with a few speed bumps in your credit report and not a lot to put down, this is not the place to go and John Woo won’t be the person to put faith in to getting you a mortgage!!!

All agents were very knowledgeable during a refinance, and the ability to transact online was very convenient. In addition, if you can get a referral, it can potentially save you thousands.

If loandepot have more officers like Zachari Nathanson obviously boost it’s business and customer service.I will specifically refer Zachari Nathanson to my friends or any relatives who need the service like me in the future.

David has been extremely helpful even when the company has put him in a position of little to no information. He has truly be upfront snd honest about everything. It’s the customer service that will have me return.

Poor communication, poor follow through, over 90 days to complete loan, poor internal communication, supervisor did not follow through, closing was disappointing, funding was not done in a timely manner and to cost me money and extra interest at closing. Would never use this company again.
