    I financed a vehicle through this bank and paid the the title fees in april. Currently half way to July and no significant progress. They can't seem to get their paper work in order.

    Went in to open an account. The rep was an older lady who had an attitude. Had two forms of ID and was told I’m not opening it if you don’t have bill as well. Never had to do that in person in the credit union. She had an attitude with the person in front of me as well asking the same thing. Rest of the workers not doing anything.

    If you want ANY kind of customer service, do NOT use these people. I guarantee you will regret. We have our house mortgage with them. I called their 800 number in October of 2019 and gave up after being on hold over an hour. And this was after the "wait time" was supposed to be 3 minutes. Today, I called them more than an hour ago ("estimated wait time 11 minutes") and am still on hold. Covid is just their excuse for zero customer service. But this problem existed move 2 years ago. A third rate outfit for sure. But hey, they're in California. Nuf said. The only reason they got 1 star way these reviews don't get published unless something is chosen.

    I've been with them for 22 years and thier customer service is now TRASH! I've been on hold 30 min to reset my password after another website update. The "manager" came to the line put me on hold to transfer me to a PACU rep. Who was I speaking to before then? Now all I want to do is discuss the decline in customer service not my password reset.....the manager did explain the situation concerning recent changes. I like the branch reps. but I do online banking.....

    Horrendous service! Just this week, I called customer service 5 times. Each time my issue went unresolved. Each time I was promised a call back from a supervisor that never happened. I missed a critical payment today owing to Premier’s callous attitude and misleading advice. I’ve been banking with them for over 10 years. Time to upgrade to a more responsive new-age bank that at least pretends to take care of their customers. Update: After multiple calls, branch visit and registering my grievance online, my issues are still unresolved. I am never coming back to bank with these folks. See screenshot for evidence of issue still pending 12 days later.

    I've had account with premier America for around 5 years. Very convenient to do online banking with them. However when Cole would hit I had no checks to process so I quit using my mobile app for about four or five months. Got some work now ready to deposit checks and their mobile app won't allow me to. I've spoken to three people over two days trying to get this resolved. The issue is lack of use deactivated the app. Unfortunately only a manager can fix it, but apparently the managers don't want to be bothered with it. Sat on hold for over an hour this evening. Was told yesterday they would call me back today which they never did. There are too many other credit unions and banks that are more convenient to put up with this po or customer service. I hope management sees this and tries to make a change to improve their service with their app. And to follow through with phone calls from customers. Seems nobody really cares anymore.

    I opened new accounts for my parents and the lady who helped us was very nice, patient, and knowledgeable....unfortunately I don't remember her name. (She worked Thursday July 22 at noon). Thankyou very much

    This is the worst bank ever. I have opened an account with them about 2 weeks ago. Same day when i left i tried to log in to my account for online banking but nothing worked, it kept saying wrong pin. So i called their 800 number to get help & was kept on hold for almost an hour, i called again 2nd & 3rd day & even selected a call back option & left my number but nobody called back. I went to deposit a cheque today and requested the amount to splited between my savings & checking but was shocked to be told that the money will only be available in my account after 9days, i asked why and was told because i am a new member. I said then forget it give my check back then the teller called next teller, i assumed was kind if senior/supervisor they were like wait, few minutes later he was like ok the money in checking is available now but in savings will be available on January7th. I cant pay my bills on time and will have to pay late fees coz of this so called Premier Bank with almost 5 star rating. Dont ever get fooled with these old and only 22 good reviews that are here. You are going to regret big time if you ever open account here. I had to leave as i was rushing to my appointment, but cant wait to go there ASAP and close my account.
