Prancer Capital Skyline Dr, Lake Mary

A request was sent to Prancer Capital on 10/19 to get a copy of my title since I moved out of state. They still have not send it and I can’t receive my hard copy of my tag due to their negligence. I called and asked why hasn’t anything been sent yet and I was belittled, ignored, disrespected, neglected and hung up on by their staff(Nicole was one of them). I pay too much money monthly to be treated like this and NOT ABLE TO DRIVE MY CAR due to their negligence.

They approved my husband when his credit was less than perfect and the payments are so reasonable. We've been faithful clients for 2 years and the last few months we've had a hard time financially but Prancer has been more than understanding. If you're honest and polite you should have zero issues with this company.

I never had problem with them even I waslate no repo nothing I guess some people never happy thank u being so nice thru all this

Good car loan. But I am very upset that they did not report it on my credit. I paid it off and now my credit will never show this.

Horrible loans with insane interest, also you better not miss a payment or your car is gone. They are also very rude.

I have been making my payments on time everytime I check my credit its say on time but the price amount is still the same and I've had it over 2yrs call to speak with customers service to get some answers and she was rude as hell can't wait until I pay yall off you will never get my service again
