I have used this body shop for many years Fortunately not often. The job has always been very professional. Timely. My car is always pristine. They pamper my vehicle 🚗 above and beyond most standards. I was not able to pick it up before closing today so they delivered it to my work. Customer satisfaction is a priority for them I believe! It’s very hard these days to find businesses that go above and beyond. Prairie Creek Auto Body was very professional and handled all communication with the insurance company, while putting my interest above theirs. After picking up my vehicle, not only was the work well done, they also cleaned the inside and returned the vehicle to me nicer than it was going in. Very appreciative for the work they did and highly recommend using them for any car repairs/issues/damages.

These guys do great work. My truck looks like new again.They go the extra mile and do the little things that make them pros. Would recommend to anyone wanting a top quality job done right. I have used them several times now.

Two of my cars got substantial hail damage. I called Prairie Creek Auto Body, they gave me an estimate of their timeline and sure enough, Friday the weekend before the date, I got a call reminding me to bring the car in Monday. They said it would take 5 days to repair all the damage. Friday came with another phone call saying the car was ready. I was unable to get to Prairie Creek Auto Body before they were going to close, but they said come on in we will wait. When I picked up the car, I was surprised not only by the great repair job, but they also cleaned up the car. It looked great! I dropped off the second car and got the same fantastic treatment. Fantastic job!!! This is the 2nd time they have done work on my car and they just do a wonderful job! My Mazda looks like new, you would never guess that it had any work done! They have great communication and they go above and beyond every time!! We are so happy with the results!

LOVE. LOVE. LOVE. So I didn't get a call for about a week or so with any kind of details, which was the only bad thing I have to say about them. I was kind of hoping to hear how things were going and never heard a word. But other than that they were truly amazing. Super kind wonderful staff. Great at explaining and whatever I needed. Really happy I went here. Is busy, but worth it. I waited a while just to get in and I'm glad I did. Definitely recommend if you are able!!

This shop did a fantastic job on my car after a deer strike. They quoted me on a two week repair but had my car back to me one week later. I was also able to tell that they cleaned the inside of the car along with the engine bay. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and will treat your vehicle as if it were theirs. These folks do their jobs very well.
