Went in today with my husband to open a business bank account. Carolyn made the process go by quickly with her positive attitude and knowledge. She definitely made the process less boring. She is wonderful!

Not a fan of this branch, or the employee named David, in particular. While most experiences here are fine, anytime David helps me I feel like he takes pleasure in charging this $5 fee to cash my check... I used to be a member with Arvest, but not anymore. He’s the only one that pushes this $5 fee, so today when I asked why it’s so inconsistent and that I don’t think it’s right that I only get charged the fee sometimes, but not every time, he insisted that I bank elsewhere. Thanks David. I was actually looking for an answer, not your suggestion.

This is the bank for you. I have only been an Arvest customer for about 2 weeks and their service is a joke. The associates on the phone are rude, the associates in both banks I tried are rude. They even reset my account information without permission. If you don't mind potential fraud with a side of poor service then you have found a home. If you expect quality customer service and a bank that cares you may want to look elsewhere. I may be doing so in the near future. Listen and learn eh? I have already talked to Arvest 4+ times, did you not listed those times? As for learning, I can't help you there. I have already told Arvest the story, if they didn't learn from hearing the same story 4 times then I don't really know how much I can help.
Shelton Germaine, we are truly sorry to hear about this. If you would let us, we'd like to listen and learn more about your experiences. Would you please email [email protected] with your phone number so we can have management follow up?

I have held an Arvest Account for over half of my life. A majority of the branches are great with great customer service, friendly, and helpful tellers and associates. We have visited this locations on two occasions and have been thoroughly disappointed on both occasions. The first time was going through the lending process in which we were constantly led astray and made us question switching to another bank. The second time was today. My wife had opened an account at another branch (which took less than 5 minutes at that branch) but wanted to add myself to the account. Based on previous experiences, we debated driving to a location that is 15-20 minutes farther than this branch but I allowed them a second chance. The branch failed miserably again. We waited in line for a teller who after a few minutes referred us to account services. We waited in the lobby room while the single person working account services dealt with an angry customer. When she finally got that one dealt with, there was another person waiting. We waiting nearly 45 minutes with no end in sight of being helped despite 9 Arvest employees who were talking, laughing, and unwilling to help customers. At this point, we left the bank without adding me to the account. My wife did call the assistant manager who had been busy dealing with the first angry customer when we were there who said if we could come back, she promised it would be taken care of expediently. Ironically she was one of the employees who appeared to not be working when we first walked in. The assistant manager also informed us that only her and the other account service employee were the only ones capable of helping us add a new person to an account. This is quite ironic as this branch is one of the largest Arvest facilities that I have been in (most branches don't have 9 employees working at any one time) and the employees are often cross trained to be able to provide excellent customer service. I would not recommend this facility to any person and plan on driving the extra 10 minutes and 5 miles to the Bentonville facility across from NWACC. Hopefully the local president and the board of directors for this branch will read this and do some training from the personnel at this facility.
