This location makes me want to close my account. NEVER answer the phones. HORRIBLE customer service. I sat for 45 minutes to get a new card one guy refused to help me even after his co worker asked him nicely but he had to “go.” Manager had to GO before him she left me sitting there too. This location is a complete mess. Fire the entire staff and start over, before you loose more accounts. The guy in the first cubical closest to tellers has HORRIBLE Customer Service abilities.

Never answer the phone!!! I tried calling back several times and the last time I could hear a teller talking to a customer but no one took my call!!!! I’m so over this bank! I’ve had nothing but rude, disrespectful people!!!! I’m actually moving my IRA I’m so irritated!!!!

Just sat in line for an hour in the drive through. Couldn’t leave because they have cones blocking you in. One car was at the teller window for 25 minutes. The entire line of cars at the drive through were honking in disbelief over how long each transaction was taking. Where’s management? I’ve been calling since I left the drive through line and no one will answer their phones.

Dawson is GREAT! Just set me up a brand new account and explained EVERYTHING so thoroughly! Very happy new customer!

Horrible customer service!!!! We were looking for the closet bank that was open since Huntington has closed most of their offices. They refused to give us change because we do not have an account with them. You would think they would be willing to help out during a time like this.

Terrible. This is the only bank that has not reopened since the covid 19 outbreak. Instead they have a huge long line going through a parking lot that they do not even own. They refused to notarize an auto title for me even though I've been banking with them for over 15 years. Unacceptable. I will be withdrawing all my money and going to a real bank where the doors are open and they actually take care of you.

Don’t bother wasting time with this banking institution. After numerous years of banking with PNC, I have paid hundreds of dollars in absolutely ridiculous fees. Most recently I’ve had a total of $42 in continuous day fees stolen from me because they allowed a company who wasn’t authorized to charge me 3 separate times and they decided to pile up over $100 of overdraft fees. After filing disputes I’m being told there is nothing they can do about the $42 in continuous days fees (keep in mind this all happened because PNC allowed this unauthorized charges to go through) PNC is no stranger to stealing your hard earned money as I’ve paid $7 every month for 2 years at one point for them just to hold my money because they have a fee for if you don’t have direct deposit or maintain a balance amount of $500 for the month they can charge you that $7. Now they’ve successfully stolen another $42 thanks to their shit customer support (which according to them has no control over returning the fees) seems pretty unreasonable that the workers of the company charging the fee have no ability to reverse said fees you know since it’s PNC charging the fee it’s not like they’re giving you back money out of their pocket it’s literally the money they just stolen from you. But now they also just recently stole another $36 by pulling a clever trick I had a $5 speedway gas purchase that showed on the account the day I did so, ironically Friday the charge disappeared and they (surprise) charged me a $7 fee for not having enough money direct deposited into my account last month. Keep in mind I only had $10 in my account the day I used the $5, so surely enough when the $5 charge reappeared on Monday (you’ll never guess what wonderful good old PNC did) that’s right they charged me a $36 dollar overdraft fee! So that’s a total of $85 alone stolen right from me because of PNC’s incompetence! If you love having your money constantly stolen from you then PNC is for you! But otherwise I’d strongly recommend staying far away from this banking institution as they’ll charge you over and over for any fee you can imagine and then they’ll play dumb act like none of it is ever their fault and in the end you’ll just have to live with that money being stolen and gone forever since no one in the company has the power to overturn these fees! Needless to say I’ll be showing up to my local PNC within the next few days to permanently close my account since they refuse to refund my hard earned money that they can just steal whenever they please! (Oh just a side note, PNC also recently has allowed the same company that had unauthorized charged me that led to this giant headache, well they have managed to steal over $700 from my girlfriends PNC account which crazy enough she could not see the charges on her end but the money was just gone! Couldn’t ever figure out why her account was always shorter than it should have been! But yeah PNC only took a few months to notice a total of $700 constantly being stolen over small amounts over time almost as if they worked with the company to do so!) Thankfully her issue is being resolved and taken care of properly! Unfortunately tho if your not rich, and it’s not PNC’s direct fault, or a obvious theft hasn’t happened by another company, PNC will gladly steal all your money in fees that they’ll go out of their way to intentionally try causing! They’ll also give you a run around and ultimately act like they can’t return that money so they can financially help themselves while killing you financially!
