My experience with this company has been absolutely horrible!! I've never jumped through so many hoops or been lied to so many times before while purchasing a car. Not only did they lie to me, but they lied to the bank that financed my car. Ultimately, causing my loan to go from approved to denied AFTER my car was already delivered to me. I've been driving my car for almost a month now just to get an apology via text with no call or return call when I called them to see what happened. They're still not offering any solution to fix their error. They're also passing blame between the sales associate and manager. Horrible business practices! I will never do business with ganley lincoln nor will I ever send any business their way!

The entire team - sales, finance and service - are beyond excellent to partner with on your vehicle. Excellent customer service and care!! I enjoy working with my salesman, Jim Waltrop!!

I simply called in to get some advise from one of the technicians, and received nothing but pure sarcasm and an immediate end to my call. I work at another dealership in the area and when someone calls I answer the phone and help them out as much as I can because it takes two seconds and is good customer service. Instead I was told that "the techs don't answer the phone they work on cars" . Thanks I really appreciate the help.

I met the staff of Ganley Lincoln of Middleburg Heights while in tears. I had what seemed like serious problems with my MKX and another dealership told me so. In fact they insisted that I purchase a new car and have the negative equity put into the car note and drive away with no problems. Yeah Right! Well I phoned Ganley Lincoln of Middleburg Heights and explained what the vehicle was doing. They offered to check it out with a lesser diagnosis fee and work things out from there. Well, it was a frickin module. I trust these guys and they always treat me like family.

Ganley allowed us to drive the models in which we were interested without a hassle. We found the model we liked and actually drove the color and package we wanted. We bought it on the spot. A week and a half later we picked up our vehicle without issue.

bought a used car from here, typical sales tactics, when asked to match kbb value i was told that nobody in the whole United States in the car business uses or looks at Kelly Blue Book, because it has no basis in reality, i even found another car at another dealership that was the kbb price and they would still not price match, sales man had cheap tactics like trying to promote local business. The car was missing some accessories on delivery was told they were on order and i should pick them up the next week, never heard back from them now they wont answer phone calls or emails. if you have to buy anything from here id get them to put everything in writing. after delivery to find that the stereo was not working properly, had to leave the car in service for weeks. id try to avoid as much as possible.

I've leased two cars from this dealership, most recently my 2020 Corsair SUV. I love it! The sales staff and especially Steve were Awesome!

We have been in several times with our Navigator. We never received the documentation in the mail as promised from our last visit. A part is on order,and we have not heard back. The best part of owning a Lincoln is every time it goes in I get a different Lincoln to drive.

I had a great experience purchasing my Lincoln MKX. John Hern was my sales person and he was very attentive and courteous. This is my first Lincoln and so far I am very happy.
