I started my business 5 years ago with BBVA at the local branch in San Angelo and have advised hundreds of the people who have worked for me over the years to bank there as well. Since the conversion to PNC they have taken away all of my past transaction history online which I need to file taxes. They told me that currently to receive these statements the only way to get them is to have hard copies mailed to me and that they will be charging me upwards of $1000 dollars for them to do this for me. As soon as I have the documentation I need I will be immediately terminating my account and moving my money/business to another local bank and advising all who I have worked with in the past to do the same. I was completely understanding of the changes needing to take place due to converting to a new business but to charge me such a large amount of money for something that is your fault and was out of my hands is absolutely ridiculous. Giving your customers access to the things they need to continue to operate their business should not incur them a cost when you caused the issue.

BBVA has recently switched over to PNC. During the very complicated transition no one has been helpful in answering questions about anything. The employees at the branch don’t know anything and if they have an answer for you it’s not very clear and/or they’re rude about it. We were in the lobby recently and an employee by the name of Adriana was very rude and her tone was extremely unprofessional. If you don’t like your job or dealing with customers then perhaps go work somewhere else. I don’t think anyone likes to be spoken to like they aren’t smart enough. She made me feel dumb just because I had questions.

This bank is the worst. Well the location branch manager is . I recently went to Dallas Tx branch and had a wonderful experience. Bella is extremely rude, has the most turn over and doesn’t realize how this becomes an inconvenience to the San Angelo area. Also if you can’t perform customer service as a banker, then let someone else take the opportunity to bring back customer service how it should be. Overall For San Angelo I don’t recommend this bank unfortunately.

My family all have bank accounts with BBVA so when I decided to open an account I automatically came here. Since then I have never had a good experience with this branch. The lady’s at the window never have a good attitude and are very rude! Cant wait to change banks!

Members were not notified of thus banks temporary closing. Extremely displeased with opening an account here. New to San Angelo, Tx and had my reissued debit card sent to bank. Imagine my disappointment at finding not only are they closed and were to reopen the 22nd but the date had been scratched and a 28th put in it place and I now have zero ability to access my money. Shame shame BBVA.

Well my experience with the staff inside was great I was needing to open a checking account after closing my account at a previous bank but I didn't know that they were closed on Saturday after opening my account I was told I would get my debit cards on a Friday well Friday came and left and still nothing bad thing is that I live 76 miles away so not having my debit cards left me in a bind I wouldn't have opened the account if I had known that they are closed on Saturdays

Done with this place, they closed on a Friday!! Really? It’s payday and I got to pay some bills. Low on staff!! Lazy manager should have been there...

The worst most incompetent customer service I’ve ever dealt with, don’t bank with them.
