First Financial Bank Knickerbocker Rd, San Angelo

Really hate this bank… only have an account here because bank of america closed down (RIP). Charges keep going missing from my bank statement and then will get taken in and out over and over again. It makes it really hard to tell how much money I ACTUALLY have. Not only that, but the ATM will not let me deposit my checks (nor the app, but that is just the overall company not just the san angelo location). Additionally, the last couple of times that I have deposited a check it has taken like 5 business days for it to go into my account. All of my coworkers get their money within 1-2 days so I know it’s this bank. There is nothing wrong with the employees or customer service or anything just simply that the bank itself is complete garbage.

First Financial Bank has been and is a great bank and offers a great banking experience. Everyone has been exceptionally courteous, professional, helpful and friendly to do business with. I have been helped by Lakin Terry several times and would like to say that she has been extremely great with everything that I needed her to help me with. She is a standout employee and always very friendly, informative, courteous and professional. Top notch staff who are knowledgeable, communicative, and supportive! We never dreamed the process of buying a home could be as efficient and stress-free as it was with these people on our team!

Th bank has been steeling money from out account or at least a month . We caught them and they want return our money nor do anything . We gave them every thing they need from us and they continue to take money from us . WORST BANK EVER .. DO NOT BANK HERE . SAVE YOUR SELF SOME MONEY AND GO SOME WHERE ELSE A BANK WITH 3 star rating should be a 0 for stealing . TERRIBLE BANK

I went in because I had some money orders that I didn’t use that I purchased the day before, I had already filled them out and all I wanted to do was deposit them into my account. The teller at the window said that I couldn’t do it and told me I was terribly misinformed. But I go to the outer first financial location and they were glad to help me. Told me just to sign the back and write it used for intended purpose. Please update your tellers a little better for future reference.

I was referred to Mr. Murphy through a colleague. Being a first time home buyer, both Spencer and Janna Harris were terrific. They answered all my questions, concerns, and were exceedingly prompt in returning phone calls and emails. Around 30 days later I am sitting in my new home.

I’ve had First Financial for years, even back when it was San Angelo National. Always nice and very helpful and understanding. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

Came in to get debit card. Super fast, Melissa Phillips was great.

Drive thru is wait time is extremely long! Great service otherwise.
