PNC Bank S Lake Park Ave, Chicago

I deposit $500 in the ATM and no deposit reflected in my account. I now have to file a dispute too get my hard earned money back.The self service ATM did not dispense my transaction record either. I don’t know what’s going on at this bank or the ATM but I’ll never use it again. PNC has loss my service. I’ll never bank here again. No one answers the bank phones at all, they are no help what so ever. The customer service representatives can’t seem to resolve the problem for me neither will they give me an answer as too what happened too my money at the ATM. Every time I call they are constantly giving me the run around and transferring me to different people who can’t help me. I am now considering filing a claim against this bank.

This bank is structured inappropriately. I was driving by 51st and Lake Park and I literally saw a guy get a bunch of money from the bank teller. It seems like a potentially dangerous situation if a thug was watching. The customer could have easily been followed and robbed. Customers be very aware of your surroundings when going to this bank. Maybe ask for a more discreet location to complete a transaction.

I have nothing but good things to say about this branch and the staff there. They are friendly and helpful. From my personal checking to opening up my business account, I've had nothing but good experiences. I also feel the few bad reviews are unfair but we all get an opinion. Mine is this branch and the staff are great.

The manager is rude and doesn’t listen to the needs of the customers and ends up being completely useless. I’ve been a customer of PNC bank for over 15 years and never had such an awful experience in my life. I almost dropped my PNC account because of him but instead decided to just finish what I needed to do at another location. This place deserves 0 stars. PNC on 35th n state is much better

Lady that works here, her name is Robin, is the rudest person ever! I came in to convert my bank account from a standard checking to a student checking. Then she asked me if I was 18 or older and I told her I was 16 and she gave me a nasty attitude and got mad at me because I was under 18. She then grabbed my ID, and school ID and threw it at me and YELLED, GET OUT! GET OUT! IT WAS SOOO RUDE! I left and the security guard was shocked. I tried contacting cooperate and they ignored me. Stay away from this place!

I had a very good experience here. Just an FYI. They dont deal with cash here.

The tellers were always prompt and super helpful whenever I visited to make a transaction.

Is just a ATM no cashiers in there
